Great location great price
We really really enjoyed the stay here. House was super clean and updated. Patio and pool are AMAZING. We came when the huge cold snap hit, so the pool was not usable. However as the weather heated back up we were able to swim by end of the week. Location is awesome as it is close to everything (WalMart and Target especially). We will probably be staying here again. My only complaint might be the bed as it was quite worn and flattened where people are sleeping. This was the master bedroom, and typical of foam mattresses. Not horrible but not comfortable in a lot of spots.

Very nice and inviting
This house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Pool was clean and enjoyable. It was nice to be able to spread out and not all be cramped in one room like at a hotel. Yard was clean and well kept.

Arrived on a Saturday, the pool water was green by Sunday eve., pool maintenance is on Tuesdays... this is insufficient. The yard is mostly weeds. Bathrooms are a little cramped... and the shower has no grab bar or shelf (combos are available), this is a safety hazard. The ice dispenser on refrigerator door didn't work (minor), The TV controls are awkward, and there is no DVD player. However, the inside spaces are nice and ample, and were well cleaned. The neighborhood is a little tired, but clean and safe and in a convenient location. The neighbors were very pleasant. If the yard had some TLC, and if the pool had an automatic chlorination system, and if the showers had grab-bars, it would have been a 4-star location with a 5-star value.

Really Nicely Redone and Well Stocked
The house has been recently renovated, has absolutely everything you could need, and was super clean. The property and pool are nice and well kept. The neighborhood is not fantastic but it's not terrible either. Kayla was great to deal with.

Overall house was very clean and maintained. Smoke detectors blink very bright at night so is a challenge to get to sleep. Property manager checked in with us during our stay via email to see if we needed anything. Recommend a full size coffee maker and a book/binder for tv channels and the multiple remotes.

The house is very clean, well maintained and appointed, but the pool and backyard are the best! Very conviently located. Kayla was very helpful and friendly. If we are ever on JAX again, we hope to stay there again.

Weather was not warm. House was nice but wasnā€™t suited for older people. It was our 41st anniversary. And since it was so cold we were unable to use the pool. Furniture in home was very nice but not comfy for ā€œolderā€ people. Our host was very busy ā€” never met her. Sent her husband for ā€œissuesā€. Which were temporarily resolved.

Beautiful house, had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and vacationing with our daughter.
Kayla, was wonderful to deal with we arrived earlier than expected due to a last minute flight change contacted her to see if that would be a problem she said absolutely not with a very quick response. The house was amazing with everything you could think of. Thank you.

The home was super clean and well furnished and arranged. The property manager Kayla was wonderful.
I would highly recommend this property for other guests. It is very cozy for a family getaway. Just everything from checkin to checkout was made really easy. I certainly will like to stay here again when we come back to Jacksonville

Cute place with everything you need!
Perfect 3br/2ba Very clean remodeled house with pool, bar, gas grill, firepit, laundry, TVs in every room. Hair dryer, hangers, soap, pool and bath towels. Comfortable, firm mattresses. Easy check in. Neighbors were super nice. Should be superhost! Cute place with attention to detail. Anything we needed K responded within 5 minutes! Perfect for the family! Would stay again.
