The home is nice, good location! Front door hard to open and lock sticks have to wiggle the key. Need to remove the crystal tray and the white fake fur rug in living area. (In picture) It leaves long hairs off it all over floor. Not good also, if you have kids with you on stay. I cleaned the floor twice to remove the white gray looking fake hair on the floor before check out. I took a video of total house and followed all check-out rules. Everything was great with great communication until after checkout. This is where the fake rug caused an issue. Host texted cleaning crew charged extra due to animal/cat/dog hair in home on floor. He was going to charge a fee. This was very untrue true! No animals were brought on trip, I have allergies and so do grandchildren. Yes! this upset me and I let host know. He had to chat to cleaning crew after speaking with him to come to a conclusion. He cancelled the $200 and he apologized several times for the issue. I also, apologized to him. Unfortunate, as this was totally due to the fake animal rug and way first text was written about issue. Again! Nice home, area, setup, grill, appliances all excellent! I wish him good luck!

beautiful blend of coziness and modern style
Yuriy's home is a beautiful blend of coziness and modern style. Each room is freshly furnished, offering comfort close to downtown Jacksonville and a short drive to the beach. The home is complete with all necessities, and the loving touches in every corner made our stay memorable. It's a perfect getaway spot with all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
