Close to airportā€”great! $4 sodas and waters. Zero vending machines. On 4th floor had to go down to the lobby for a soda!! Walls are dirty. Worst Doubletree we have ever been to. Cookie was delicious though!

The most impressive area for me was the conveniences and the professional altitude of the staff, very customer oriented and helpful, desk staff, to the restaurant/bar and service staff, it was an exceptional experience, on my next visit, I will definitely stay there and have recommended it to friends and co-workers.

Terrible customer service!! I paid for a 2 night stay and never even got a room. I called to let them know that my cruise was delayed getting back to the port and I was not going to get there until 3am, only to be told they over booked so I was no longer able to get the room I requested. The woman on the phone told me that she would assign me a different kind. Ok fine. Then when I had to rent a car to drive and wouldn't make it there until 10am I called again to let them know. This time they told me that they would have to reinstate my booking when I got there since they couldn't check me in over the phone. When I finally got there, they did not have a room for me even though I called twice and they charged me for 2 nights. The front desk told me they should have checked me in when I called! WHAT?! I eneded up calling other places and found somewhere else to stay with much better customer service.

Generally very nice property. However, for being somewhat remote with plenty of land, we were surprised by the hotel charging $10 a night for parking. Also, the first room smelled strongly of green (?) peppers. A replacement room was fine.

The overall stay was good. The a/c and the refrigerator were unusually noisy, as was noise from the hallway. The shower at first would not drain. We finally worked with the drain until it worked ok. Considering the cost of the room, we were disappointed that there was an additional fee for parking!! and that the room had such a small fridge with no freezer. For a place to stay for only one night, it was more than sufficient. The staff that we encountered were very commendable, being both efficient and helpful.

We had a very nice time. The staff was great. The only problem was the pool was not working so we couldnā€™t sit in the pool like we had planned.

Perfect for flight not much else
We stayed here for 1 reason - the proximity to the airport. If youā€™re staying here to go to the airport, itā€™s perfect. Just exit out door 3 and walk through the big parking garage (where the rental cars are) itā€™s a straight shot (7 or so minutes to the hotel) Pros of the hotel: 1. Access to the airport 2. Beds& pillows were comfortable 3. Serves its purpose Cons of the hotel: 1. Really nowhere to walk to (we walked to BJs brewery and restaurant but thereā€™s no sidewalk so we basically walked down the middle of a median for 2.5 miles). So youā€™re basically stuck using Uber/Lyft for anything 2. Room had a slight musty smell upon entry but that mightā€™ve been due to the A/C unit needing to kick in/massive humidity 3. Some parts of hotel are a bit dated/needing repair Overall - would I stay here again? -yes if needing to be close to airport -no if I wanted to be able to walk to stuff

This room was nothing like the one I viewed before booking. The restroom had rust or wasnā€™t clean around the bottom of the toilet and the shower pressure was terrible, overall the restroom was a disappointment because it appeared unclean and old. It was cooler in the hallway than in the room, I woke up several times sweating. There was constant room doors slamming during the night. The front staff were great but the room was a disappointment.

the property looked nice online then when you get there itā€™s not as nice as they make it seem. they didnā€™t give us the room I booked and paid for and they were very rude about it. the front desk lady told us itā€™s because we booked off a third party and just was very nonchalant about it. mind you, we called the night prior and none of this was explained to us when we told them we were going to be booking through expedia. our room smelled like cigarettes and we were out at the very last room in the hallway by the exit door. there were bugs ALL over our door because the light above the room door was attracting them. I booked for a king bedroom for a REASON. my boyfriend is 6ā€™4 and our baby is 3. she has random seizures so itā€™s good she sleeps between us and we couldnā€™t even do that because the beds were so small because they put us in a double bed. so it was very inconvenient and very inconsiderate. iā€™ve stayed at a few hotels out in Jax and this was is one I would not consider again at all

There was a loud knocking noise at 5am. I called the front desk to let them know. It was very disturbing. The ac in our room #706 had broken handled. The bathroom and balcony need upgrading. The property location was convenient, the overall rating is a strong 3 in my opinion.

The good. Our check in person and afternoon bartender Ursula were very cordial and efficient. The bad. Hotel was very cold. Turned heat on in our room because it was at 62. Never really warmed up over 67 all night. Too cold for me
