Perfect getaway.
This was our first time staying at a BNB and we absolutely loved it. The owners were amazing and so kind. The food was amazing and I slept like a baby after coming in late both nights. Hotels.com is an awful , awful site with terrible customer service so I’ll book through another site for our return trip this fall.

A surprise that’s now a favorite!!
Wonderfully decorated with rich history. Very close to the River and all of downtown. Even Tryon Palace. The hosts are lovely and the food was amazing!! Will definitely stay again.

All the properties in the area were very well taken great care of. The park and shopping were very close and the water made the temperature very comfortable. The Hanna House was definitely one that we will return to again, the breakfast were worth every penny!

The Hanna House was a random find on our part for a last minute weekend getaway. The owner is so nice and friendly and an amazing chef! Her breakfasts are delicious! The location is perfect and close to everything in downtown New Bern. We recommend this B&B and will definitely health be back!

What a wonderful place to stay! Hosts were very friendly. House is really well set up. The location is perfect to walk around New Bern. Breakfast had an incredible amount of choices. I had the shrimp and grits and it was scrumptious! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Best night's sleep in a long time
I had the MOST dreamy stay. I loved everything about my accommodation - it was historic but tidy! The decorations, the tub, the shower, the king size bed, the balcony, the decor, the decanter with sherry and fresh applecake.. it was literally a dream come true. The hostess and staff were VERY kind people and the breakfast was lovely as well. Everything was quiet and air conditioned and perfect.

The owners were great here! They pointed out all the “must see” sights that interested us specifically. Also made great dinner suggestions but NOTHING beat the stuffed French toast we had in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a truly tranquil accommodation
