We absolutely loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. Everything was so clean and the staff was amazing. Definitely would come back to the same hotel again.

The staff was amazing! The facility was new and clean! Room was very comfortable with great amenities! Very family friendly, with the bonus of an indoor pool. They even provide a buffet style nice hot breakfast every morning at no additional charge! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful weekend
This is one of the best hotel stays we have had in a while. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I love how the bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner and soap for us to use. Very convenient. The breakfast was really good and the staff were all very friendly. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I come to Jacksonville!

Very Nice Hotel
The only problem we had was shortly after we first checked in and was getting settled into our room, two girls entered our room with their own key card. They were given a key to our room and was told that it was their room. I quickly called the front desk and told them the issue and the person at the front desk apologized and realized that he booked them in the wrong room. He came to our room later with new key cards so that no one else had a key to our room. Other than that, I would maybe recommend some area rugs on the floor as the room has quite an echo since there is wood flooring. The bed was very comfy along with the pillows and the Dove products in the shower was a great surprise!
