Hotel staff could have been nicer. Also the reservation through Expedia said breakfast was included. When I went down for breakfast the staff said it hasnā€™t been included for months but Expedia would not update their website.

Checking in was a 40 minute process, I was ignored when I first arrived. The staff seem to be overwhelmed by the phone calls coming in and NO time for the person in front of them. One of the two elevators were inoperable, lounge area was dirty and sitting areas were dirty and soiled. The pool heater was inoperable which made our stay less happy and the kids were disappointed. Our room had an odor coming from the sink, we had to place a towel over it during our stay. Web site pics look great but the hotel itself is not what we expected, and to make things worse we paid for parking. Not staying here next time we visit Jacksonville

We were under a mandatory evacuation and booked this hotel after reviewing the restrictions listed on the booking platform. The platform said ā€œpet friendlyā€ and do not restrict a cat. After arrival, our family was denied check-in and denied a refund. Paid more for a different hotel and had to eat the cost of this hotel during a state of emergency.

We were very impressed and happy with our experience. We stayed as evacuees of Helene and it helped our stress level to stay in a well managed property with everything you could need nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. All you could ask for.
