This was our first visit to Amelia Island. The condo is perfectly located; right on the beach and a straight shot into downtown Fernandina Beach, a historic, beautiful town. The condo was perfect...clean, comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Winter Break
We like the location of the condo for our cycling with the local cycling club. At this time of year (Feb) the building is quiet. The vacant lot next door allows an ocean view from the balcony. An assigned parking space is appreciated but can seem tight due to concrete pillars and larger vehicles in the next space.inneighb

Great location!
This unit is perfect for exploring Fernandina Beach. You get the benefit of being close to the ocean and still being in easy reach of all of the restaurants and shops on Centre Street. The unit was very comfortable, and well equipped for cooking in if that's your desire. Being a corner unit and having the extra windows was a big plus. While not quite "oceanfront" the view from the patio (and the bedroom) was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!
Very spacious and clean! We loved the location and the view from the balcony is amazing! The elevator is directly across from the allocated parking spot which made loading in a breeze! One thing to be aware of is there is only 1 authorized parking spot. Thankfully the hotel next door allowed us to park our other vehicles but this may be an issue in busier times. Overall we loved our stay and would stay here again. Thanks Sherri!

The property was very well situated. Our balcony faced the ocean so we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s a quick walk to the beach and the restaurant next door. Inside it felt like home-cozy, open and comfortable.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, pool, or just relaxing on the balcony. The ocean views are amazing and the pool and beach were very easy to get to. Shops and resturants are within walking distance as well. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We had a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful condo!
We loved the condo! The location is very close to a state park and the historic area. Sherri recommended David's for our anniversary dinner at it was amazing! The condo has a nice size closet and the whole place was clean and well stocked. The view was better than we expected. The beach is very close, but we spent most of the time at the pool. You can gain entry to the pool via the 1st floor or going outdie and going around the building. The key that opens the storage room also opens the door by the pool. I would definitely stay there again. You have 2 restaurants within walking distance and a put put golf right there as well. The historic area has a lot of cute boutiques and restaurants. Sherri was extremely easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was VRBO. I could access the attached forms from the movile site. You will need a pc.

Beachy vacay!
Overall everything went well. We had trouble with the TVs and communicated this with the owner. She was very quick to reply and sent a maintenance guy over to check it out. She did her best to fix the problem. We didn't bother her again with the issue, just enjoyed the beach. All in all, it's a nice place with a great location and owners who respond quickly.
