This is right on the beach which is a huge plus, room with an ocean view very nice! I wish they wouldn't have lied to me and told me they were all booked up, since I did not want an accessible room but got one, I asked to change it out but they declined because they said they were booked. I looked at the entire building and there was literally 5 lights on at night in the property. Overall, not a bad experience.

Our bedding had blood stains from the sheets to the pillow cases The manager never called or addressed our concerns, they only sent the maid to change out the bed linen. I will never stay at this hotel again I’m ver disappointed that management never contacted me.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel in Jacksonville barring the temperature of the shower. Even turned all the way to hot, the shower was barely warm. I tried letting the water run for a long time prior to attempting to shower which didn’t help. Reported the issue to the front desk and no change. I definitely won’t consider staying at this location again.

Beautiful decor but no breakfast.
The beds are higher than a usual hotel bed. The restaurants on premises open at 11 am so there is no breakfast served. There are breakfast sandwiches available at the little convenience shop. It only has a few tables available. But otherwise the hotel was great.

All around it was GREAT!!!! We had one problem the day we checked in. I went to brush my teeth and turned on the water and couldn't turn it off. The water would not stop running. Called the front door and they upgraded our room from a deluxe king room with partial view beach to suite 1 king with sofa bed with oceanfront and corner view. And $50.00 credit. Amazing!!! Will be going back. Staff is OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Just don’t and pay a few bucks more for quality!
This is a motel at best. No amenities. No real help from the staff. I literally asked for a tooth brush and they said we sell them for 6.99. Don’t bother. Amelia Omni is where it’s at or even Casa directly across offer the same views and value with history, culture, and pride. I will say the staff here are Covid hires they do not want to work, had a password on my room for protection and they didn’t even honor it so many people made it up to my room. It just is not safe, not a true hotel, service is poor. Oh also Roaches. Yikes
