This stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom oceanfront surf Villa is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club, just minutes from fine dining and high-end shopping in Ponte Vedra Beach.

The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been carefully decorated for our guests.

The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep upto four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop with oven, as well as cooking and eating utensils, allowing you to prepare wonderful meals during your stay.

The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air and watch the sunrise over the water early in the morning. This property has patio seats for you to sit back and unwind after a hard day in the sun.

***The community pool is located within a 5-minute drive of the condo.***

Our property is ideally located, 12 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine, and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Orlando.

Oceanfront condo - walk right out to the beach!
My husband and I rented it this unit, along with several others, for our family during July 4 week. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a great week. The bathroom has been updated and is very nice. There is even a table that seats 6 - we all gathered here at night for cards and games. If you want to be oceanfront in Sawgrass Beach Club, this is a great place to rent. Marita was a pleasure to deal with and provided all the information we needed for our stay.
