Beautiful townhome close to EVERYTHING! Fully updated from top to bottom, with lighting fast Wifi!

We are SO excited to make our little slice of paradise available for you to stay at!

You can't beat the 3 minute walk (some will take longer, depends on how fast you walk & how much stuff you are bringing with you) to the beach that this townhome offers. Our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom floor townhome offers 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the very spacious living room has 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa with the comfiest gel mattress you will ever sleep on from a pullout. The living room also has a second full-size futon sleeper sofa with a very thick and comfy mattress, as well as an additional regular sized couch.

This unit is newly updated from top to bottom - just about EVERYTHING in the unit is brand new or updated and waiting for you to use it!

This townhome is located in the beautiful Forest Ridge Village community.

Located very close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and child playground area, you will NOT be disappointed! There is also a community grilling, picnic table, and fire pit area that you can use.

Forgot to bring common items like beach equipment, towels, etc? No problem! We have supplied everything we could think of that you may need. Please note that the variety of what is available is subject to change based on re-stocking, time of year, availability, etc.

Open the door and connect to the lightning fast WiFi, or stream the 125+ channels on our 65" TV in the living room, or the additional TVs located in each bedroom!

Bring your bicycles and you can park/lock them in the bike racks conveniently located right outside our building by the parking lot.

A checkout list will be emailed to you during your stay, and a copy can also be found in the unit - if you would like to review this list beforehand, just reach out and ask.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island has SO MUCH to offer, including mini golf, multiple 18-hole golf courses, historic areas to visit, more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will be able to visit in 1 trip, the cutest downtown you could ever imagine, and much, much more! Many of these amenities are within walking distance to our townhome, and all are no more than a short drive away.

Great for families!
My husband & our two children stayed here and highly enjoyed it! It was the perfect amount of space for us and very clean! It had everything we needed. It was such a quick walk to the beach, which is a must with small kids! Super close to grocery stores, food places, ice cream places, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Fernandina. Location was perfect. It was so easy to communicate with the owners, they were great! Would definitely stay again :)

Nice Spot for a family beach trip
The condo was as listed and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had all the beach equipment we needed and even beach towels. Another wonderful surprise was that the television has all the premium streaming services. This was a great feature and so rare to find! The location is about a block and half from beach and the development is really beautiful with a tropical feel, pool, and tennis courts. I would love to live there! The owner (Greg) was quick to respond and a great communicator. He handled everything beautifully and is even mailing me my sunglasses I left behind accidentally. Great listing at our absolutely favorite beach.

Great spot!
My small family and I came to Amelia Island for a quick late week trip and found Greg’s place available! It was so close to the beach! Walking distance while carrying a 1 year old, so that’s always a plus! The place was clean and there were clean towels and everything we would need available to us. Greg communicated very well with me and responded quick, if I had any questions. We will be back one day!

Nice quiet, relaxing setting and loved the very short easy walk to beach! We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The property manager was quick to respond to any request we had. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were close enough to the beach to walk and there were many great places to eat nearby. The house was very clean and well stocked. Our bed was comfortable and we had a great selection of channels to watch on the TVs. The only thing we would have liked was nightstands as there were none in our bedroom. There was also only a very small frying pan but we did find a griddle to make our burgers on. A few more hand towels and kitchen towels and wash clothes would have been helpful as well. Maybe a couple more ice trays too. Other than those things, we would definitely come back to this vacation home again! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! 😃

We love Amelia Island! This condo was perfect for our stay! Clean and cute! Great location! The pool was perfect for relaxing. We drove to the beach because it's close, but there is not a direct path and you have to walk through the neighborhood. The owners were extremely accommodating and responded quickly!
