This condo sits on the fourth floor of an oceanfront building, one with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a walkway crossing the dunes to the beach. Here in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, you'll be within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and the Jacksonville Beach Fishing Pier, and a quick drive from Neptune Beach, St. Johns Town Center, and other local attractions.
After a day of watersports, take the elevator back up to the fourth floor to relax, unwind with a cold drink, and soak up the beautiful scene outside on the beachfront balcony.
Thanks to its corner position, the condo is full of sunlight and views of the Atlantic. The thoughtfully renovated living space includes a washer/dryer by the door to take care of the day's swimsuits, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and an oceanfront living room with a TV. Of the two connected bedrooms, one is a primary bedroom overlooking the beach with its own TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
