EXCELLENT STAY NO COMPLAINTS
EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME AS EXPECTED. THE VALET PARKING IS VERY CONVENIENT. ROOMS LIKE NEW AND THE OCEAN FRONT VIEW IS SO RELAXING AS U SIT ON THE BALCONY. LOVED IT I STAYED THREE NIGHTS AND I WILL BE BACK HERE TO STAY A WEEK

The property was very well maintained and the room was pretty spacious. I loved the balcony setup. My only issue was there were gnats and mosquitoes in our room that were seemingly coming in through the vents.

Jivez was so sweet at the check in counter. We had 2 king suites for our family beach trip. They were small and it wasn’t worth paying the extra to have an oceanview. The description on the website was VERY misleading. One of the king beds had dirty sheets. The kids enjoyed the twin sofa beds. The logistics were terrible. The elevators always had staff with carts taking up space. We paid 33 dollars for 2 margaritas from the bar that didnt have any liquor.

I was not disappointed and you won’t be either. This hotel is right on the beach. I loved waking up and hearing the ocean waves. The staff was fun and really made me feel like I was a superstar. The hotel is clean and fresh. Breakfast is also very good. I will stay again and again.

Staff really pleasant. Easy access to valet and hotel. Valet very considerate of your car. Room with partial view very nice. Bed comfy. Room had refrigerator and microwave big pullout for 2 people. Room would be a little tight with 4 people. Overall will be our go to hotel.

Only reason it’s not a 5 star is the parking is not the easiest. Weekends fill up and you have to pay. No real on-site parking except valet which was full upon arrival. Latoya at check in and out was such an amazing and friendly teammate! She deserves a huge shoutout! She was friendly and helpful! Area on weekend is very popular with people for the restaurants and bars. Was noisy on weekends. Otherwise great location and very clean! The only other bummer was pool was only open till 7pm.

I loved how clean everything was. The stafe were super friendly. The safety was top notch with using the key card to be able to pass the lobby. There were plenty of places to park. Being on the beach made everything so easy, and the kids loved the heated pool!

My weekend stay was Excellent. Nice clean comfortable rooms I had the ocean front room and I really loved it. I took the valet parking cause everything you want is in walking distance food, bars and stores. The valet parking people was so nice and you can request your car from your phone as much as you like no additional charges and the front desk lady was Super nice she welcome us made us feel comfortable and told us what restaurants to try in the area The sandbox is okay I think it's good to go there for drinks they don't have a lot of food choices but overall my stay was Excellent I will be coming back soon. Don't forget to bring you some beach chairs so relaxing especially when the sun is setting
