The valet took a personal phone call and told us to park across the street instead of taking our vehicle. We have 2 babies 2 and underā€¦ Very unprofessional and rude, especially to a family with small kids. We did park across the street and made a few trips to the vehicle for our stuff. In the room, the people above us are noisy, stomping and making lots of noise. Will be the one and only time we visit most likely. The area is nice.

I like the no carpet rooms. As most no carpet rooms they still miss the oppprtunity to provide a clean floor. Upon arrival we sacriced a few towels to clean the floor. Swiffer is not how you clean a commercial floor. Invest in a mop.

We had a balcony facing the ocean and it was amazing! We saw sunrise every morning and steps away from the beach. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It is located in an area with many young people enjoying the nightlife so it can get a bit loud, but not too bad. Overall, highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach, it is newer and modern. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through but I would have loved to stay longer. There were a few housekeeping issues, left over melted ice in our ice bucket and hair in the shower but everything else was very clean. Overall this was an enjoyable stay and the beach was absolutely gorgeous.

Lovely hotel on the beach. Swimming pool lovely and warm. Hotel was very clean in the rooms and all communal areas. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and options changed daily. A little noisy through the night with reving motorbikes/cars in the parking lot next door but we accept that as it is such a busy place located very conveniently. Parking in the lot next door was $7 and free parking from Sunday midnight through to Friday. If i was back in the area i would stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and had all amenities wanted at a beach side resort. Also loved the heated outdoor pool.

The room did have an ocean view, if you look over the ratty and loud roof of the building next door. Not as portrayed on their website. Disappointing, not pleasant to sit on the balcony.

We had a view of the parking lot after I requested no parking lot in my reservation because I'm a light sleeper and car doors slamming wake me. Sofa in the room had a lot of stains, and there was something sticky on the floor I had to request it to be cleaned. I didn't feel like the area was completely safe at night. My son and I noticed someone turn around and follow us. We were close to the hotel door luckily.

Overall good location and modern feel.
First of all the door handle in the bathroom was broken and possibly overseen by clean crew to report to maintenance before checking us in. Second is Cleanliness that is slightly above average. Some dust on surfaces. It would be great if housekeepers would come and ask if anything is needed especially if there is a family with small kids is staying. No extra of anything was provided. Trash cans are super small with no extra bags inside. I had to go and ask for a regular trash bag and take it downstairs to a lobby. Third is due to weather issues no pool, balcony or deck sitting were allowed but the gym was a nice substitute where I could let my children to hang out most of time because in a lobby guests trying to relax, do business, and watch TV - weather channel. On this note, there should be a room like a little playground just for little kids and separate room for teens to hang out.
