It was such a a blessing to be able to have space( and laundry) after a cramped cruise cabin and just enjoy Jacksonville Florida for a few days before heading back to freezing cold Iowa ,

Not great for the money.
I tried to get the key to enter the property and the instructions the host sent were not clear. Had to call the host to get the key to open the door. The inside was very clean and orderly. Just about everything was available for our stay. The front window was cracked and taped. I understand that a hurricane had hit a few days earlier but why not hire a local person to replace the glass. Seeing the cracked window does not give a good impression. There was a hose just laying on the ground in the side yard. Had to run all faucets for an extended amount of time to get hot water. The so called dining room table was metal with metal chairs that are usually used for outside on a patio or porch. The ad did not say the bedrooms were upstairs. We are elderly and cannot climb up and down stairs easily. The water spout to fill the tub that has the lever to actuate the shower is very loose and almost fell off in my hand. No non-slip mat in the tub for the shower makes the tub very slippery. No grab bar to hold on to to get in and out of the shower. Dangerous. I felt I was generous giving our stay 3-stars.

Our trip was for our annual golf outing so we needed a place that was located close to restaurants and sports bars plus golf courses. Check in was simple as was communication with the host Brandon. Clean simple and relaxing. The host is there if you need them.

We traveled to Jacksonville Beach from the Philadelphia area for a family wedding. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It was perfect for our needs and family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns. Although we did not have one with us, the home is pet friendly, but we did not experience any odors or adverse effects. We had family staying nearby and it was a quick walk to visit with them. If we find ourselves heading back to Jacksonville Beach, we would certainly consider staying here again!

My Birthday with the girls
We drove over from Orlando for a staycation and to take in the beach and the Jacksonville Black Rodeo the next day. Great location for beach access, and about 45 min drive to the Equestrian Center. We had access to wonderful restaurants for late lunch, dinner and dessert. Instructions in the house were clear, easy to understand and laid back.

The place is only a few blocks from the beach, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Convenient for beach vacation and for visiting St. Augustine.

My family and I stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed our time :) this was a niece town house with 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms . Nice backyard as well . Not far from the beach and plenty of eating choices!! We really enjoyed our time:?
