Check-in was good. The person who checked us in seem preoccupied with his phone and did not really explain anything or any amenities to me. Had to ask multiple times about different items in the hotel did not provide any assistance with that other than that incident. Everything has been good.

The facility is basically brand-new and is in a nice area. Very clean and close to the airport. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast buffet included. The staff was very friendly and responsive but maybe they need extra staff, because the room had no toilet paper and when I called the front desk their was no one available to bring it up so I had to get dressed again and go down for it myself. Despite that one drawback, I won’t hesitate to stay their again.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff was really nice and professional. Breakfast was so so. Would have been nice to change from oatmeal everyday to grits . But it served its purpose. I will definitely stay again.

My stay here was pleasant. During booking, I overlooked the fact that it’s a pet friendly hotel. Other than that, everything was great!

Do not stay there!!
Booked because of price but regretted that choice. It smelled like dog in the hallway and in the room. The A/C cooled great for about 2 hrs, then about midnight it stopped cooling at all. Then is was sticky and warm in the room. At about 9am the A/C started cooling again just in time for check out! Also the staff was rude and condescending!
