I walked into the room and it was full of roaches everywhere. On the bed, walls, sink, and bathroom.The room is nice but was very disgusted with the fact that it was filled with roaches. Left on the spot.

I love this hotel Jack is the best & handles everything with sensitivity and professionalism…. Definitely worth it the staff is extremely professional & Maria is helpful the maids are outstanding and extremely thorough!! Claudia is amazing as well as the lead lady that’s been here a while - I highly recommend this place -maintenance man is great - hands down the best staff - I’ve encountered in a long time
