Great stay for a golf weekend!
We spent a long weekend so my husband could play in a golf tournament at Sawgrass. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The screen porch was such a relaxing spot to read. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Perfect location, just a couple minutes from the Sawgrass clubhouse and many restaurants. Our host Jay was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet, reasonably nice unit. Comfortable. Could use some upgrades to plumbing (bathroom sink drains slow). Ants in the pantry were annoying.A regular coffee maker would be nice. Probably need to replace/upgrade the outdoor grill. Overall, more than adequate.

We rented this lovely 2 bedroom home and it was perfect. What’s to love? Less than a mile walking to Sawgrass, 12 min drive to Nocatee to visit kids and grandkids, quietness of the neighborhood, friendly smiles from people walking. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful spot in the beautiful TPC!
Wonderful spot in TPC. The house was extremely clean and looks just as the pictures show. This community has its own separate pool which was great!! We had a 6 month old and 4 year old with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the property. Our 4 year old found his love for the piano as well! Ha. I also agree with the other reviews the beds are so comfortable. We have been on a 10 day road trip and these beds were by far the very best. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Much larger than the pictures show, quiet cup de sac, minutes to great shopping, restaurants and grocery. None of us wanted to leave the mattresses behind and the villa was stocked with our every need except our groceries, of corse. Definitely telling family and friends. This is a winner. The owners were kind and accommodating, and great with communication. They let us check in a couple hours early. A clean, comfortable home with a relaxing patio and dock. Wonderful location if you’re staying for golf or anything at the clubhouse - right around the corner and easily walkable!
