Overall the hotel was nice and we would stay again. However, the hot tub was broke or never worked. Bar and restaurant close at 6 by the pool. Nevertheless the breakfast and food we did order was great and staff where overall ok. Some staff seem to be a little unreasonable, such as I was waiting for my sisters to come out. There was no one around during the time, but he wanted me to move and the only reason I was waiting there is because casino cashier was not where they were suppose to be. Was hard to get change for cash and pool bar tender was ready to go at 5:50 so don’t order a drink at that time cause we could tell the quality of the drink was terrible from that morning. Location is ok and only a $5 taxi drive to night life. Was able to get to ATV location from this area at a great cost as well. Ocean water was a little to rough to enjoy from this location and there is a RIP Current warning, but view of ocean was great.

It had a casino and was.next.to the beach. It attracts casino type crowds .breakfast was lousy and service poor. A smile would have helped. Ample parking which is a good thing as jaco is not safe.

For my visit to Costa Rica, I must say that Crocs Resort and Casino left such a memorable moment. It was just what I needed and there were so many options near for food and shopping. The beauty from the inside and the outside just still brings a smile to my face. I definitely recommend this being one of the best places to stay.

Small hotel, not recommended for families with kids due to the night activity in the casino, and there are not enough areas for kids to play. The food is not that good for the high prices inside the hotel.

Where do I start? I absolutely enjoyed every day from waking up to the beautiful view of the beach. The balcony was just perfect and just what I needed. The staff was always willing to go assist and do what they can to ensure your visit was exceptional. Thank you again!
