Room was good, they gave me iron and hangers upon request. Security is good. They had minimart at the basement of the apartment. Bfast facilities were not there so had to look for it outside. Chairs were abit unstable. Cable TV keeps hanging. Entrance doors were difficult to lock and open.

Check inn was worst, terrible. because this residence reception didint know Hotel use for this residence . So reception said this residence cannot use for Hotel use but residence only. I was very dissapointed and many confliction in check inn. This residence is for what some room owner is operating private business , so , comminucation was worst and be waited almost 1hours in front of reception. but room facility was good and rocation is nearest to Rippo MAll and very convenint .

高級レジデントです
立派なレジデントです。今回で3回目。今回は現地の友人との遊びが主目的で、知り合いの日本人もそこに住んで居ます。セキュリティもオーケー。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫等も完備してるので、簡単な食事はできる‼️今回は57階の部屋で目の前にゴルフ場が見れて快適な滞在でした。ショッピングモールが隣接してるので食事も買い物も銀行も便利です。民泊もどきなので、チェックインに多少問題ありますが、慣れれば問題ないです。次回も是非宿泊計画したいけど、予約はがなかなか難しい。当然４日以上のロングステイ向きで、数日だけならやめた方がいいです。カラワチエリアでの仕事や遊びにもってこいです。

Great location
Great location, cheap price, awesome swimming pool. FYI, check-in/check out services are carried out by an individual agent waiting for you at the lobby. She will give you the key to your room. Do not go to the front desk asking for check in service. Housekeeping will come to your room at around 11 am. She will open the door without knocking so don't walk around naked.

Nettes Studio im Hochhaus
Wir waren in einer Notlage unser Hotel war nicht lange genug reserviert und im näheren Umfeld wegen eines Events alles ausgebucht. Zuerst einmal - Zimmer war sehr reinlich und die Einrichtung - Studio- bzw Apartmentmässig - war sehr gut. Einrichtung bedeutet. Bett sehr gut, kleine völlig ausreichende Küche (wurde aber von mir nicht benutzt), Arbeitsmöglichkeiten, TV und Ablagemöglichkeiten Top. Sogar mehr Ablage + Hängemöglichkeiten wie im Hotel. Dusche, Waschbecken sowie Toilete sehr gut. Einziges kleines Manko - Die Handtücher zwar vorhanden - aber zu klein (also Feigenblattgrösse - aber nur als Anmerkung). Zum Abtrocknen musste ich quasi alle drei benutzen. Der Conciergeservice weiss nicht unbedingt über die "Hotelzimmer" Bescheid. Man sollte vorher mit Ronny (Manager) Kontakt aufnehmen (am besten Whatsapp ). Dann fluppt alles einwandfrei. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und der Zimmerservice (Reinigung) klappt auch einwandfrei. Alles in allem bleibt zu sagen - würde das/die Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung war top. Die Aussicht auf den Golfplatz also ins grüne einmalig.
