This dwelling is located in Historic Jamestown, CA in the heart of Tuolumne County. Built in the mid- 1800s, Flanders building has rich history throughout Californias Gold Rush.

The space
Historic building. Newly remodeled. Hardwood floors, new appliances. 2bedroom, queen beds -1bathroom. 2nd story with street view.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire apartment. Designated parking space behind building. Street parking available. Must climb stairs.
Other things to note
This unit is located on second story of building. Must be able to climb stairs to access unit.
Netflix and other steaming apps are available through our DVD player. Guests will need to sign into their own personal accounts. Don’t forget to sign out when you leave.
In an effort to keep all of our guests and staff safe and healthy we are following local and CDC cleaning recommendations related to COVID-19 virus.
Our efforts include multiple disinfectants on all commonly used surfaces ( door knobs, light switches, beds, couches, chairs, cabinets, windows, etc.) in our apartment.
There are extra disinfectant wipes and spray located under kitchen sink for your comfort and convenience.
If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 please alert us ASAP and we kindly request that you either reschedule or cancel your trip to our apartment.
Please note there have been temporary changes to entrance into Yosemite in an effort allow for physical distancing. They are limiting access and therefore requiring guests make reservations prior to arrival at www.recreation.gov.
