Lovely little house for rent, completely renovated in 2017 in the chic ethnic style, Casita Javea is located in the seaside resort of Javea. Located in a green urbanization, quiet and secure, you will feel at home. The Javea (El Arenal) sandy beach is just 500 meters away and can be reached on foot. Close to the Casita you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, shops of Javea, as well as a supermarket located 200 meters.

With all the necessary comforts, the house has a private pool, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and plancha, a naya (covered terrace), a fully equipped kitchen, all small appliances and a parking space. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, the Casita has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room, a dining room and a lounge with TV and internet.

This small house has all the attractions of a villa with the advantage of being able to enjoy the proximity of all amenities.

Pleasant private development
Ideal for us as like some privacy, quiet location not far from facilities. Bungalow is pleasantly appointed, pool is not large although is perfect for a bob or a splash around.

De woning biedt alles wat de advertentie belooft en meer! Nog nooit een keuken gehad die zo uitgerust was, echt alles was aanwezig. De woning is tot in detail afgewerkt in een boho thema en ademt vakantiegevoel. Het zwembad is niet groot maar meer is niet nodig. Rustige buurt en geen lawaai ‘s nachts. Zeer comfortabele bedden en kussens. Hier is aan alles gedacht. Enige minpunt was dat onze kinderen in 1 bed moesten slapen, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Perfect Pleasure
Casita Jávea is a jewel located in a gated community within 15 minutes walk from Arenal Beach. It has a perfect location for exploring the area, for example Jávea Old Town, Jávea Port and Cap de la Nau. There are two supermarkets conveniently close by and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We felt very welcomed by Sonia and would like to come back again for a return visit.

This Casita is a real gem. Absolutely perfect facilities with a lovely pool and outdoor area. It is in a lovely quiet urbanisation but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants at the Arenal. This is our second visit and have already booked for next year!

Beautiful holiday villa in Javea
My husband and I and our 2 children have had a fantastic 2 week holiday in this beautiful villa. It has been decorated to an extremely high standard and has everything you need for a great holiday. Amazing location in a fabulous setting and lovely and private. The pool was perfect, and our children loved it. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Villa in a great location
The villa is in a great location, with only a 10 minute walk to the Javea Arenal, and a 2 minute walk to a local super market. The villa was extremely clean upon arrival, and the owners were easily accessible should we of had any questions. The garden area receives sun all day long so is perfect for sunbathing. The villa is in a private community and is very quiet.

Beautiful house, short walk to the beach, very hospitable owners.
Had a great 1 week stay with our 2 year old. Beautifully decorated house, very well equipped with all we needed on a quiet complex. Pool was fab and enjoyed by our son in particular! Mas y mas a few mins walk away and 10 minutes walk to Arenal beach and restaurants. Owners were kind enough to take us for a drive when we arrived to show us around and where some good restaurants were. A lovely holiday and would happily recommend to others.

A perfect getaway!!
June 2018 My husband and I just arrived back from a wonderful and relaxing trip in Javea. Wow!! Villa Casita cofitsa was everything and more, beautifully furnished, well equipped and perfectly situated. You do not need a car here, everything you need is a short walk, including a well stocked supermarket, the beach and a great selection of good restuarants and bars. The pool although small is perfect for a cool down and would suit young children and older folks with steps that make it easily accessable. This is a perfect place for a couple looking for a relaxing stress free getaway The owners were more than helpful, always available by text to help with any questions we had. Thanks Peter hope to see you again very soon.

Absolutely loved my stay!
I was here for 2 weeks and It was a great house. It has everything you need, all apliances and the decoration has been done with lots of taste. my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is very close by. the owners of the property were extremelly helpful and kept communication with me when needed. Den koselige boligen bidrog til et avslappende og godt opphold. Huset og hagen er godt utrustet med mange gode oppholdsplasser. Boligen har en særdeles god beliggenhet med spaseravstander til butikker og restauranter.

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen. Zu Fuß zum Strand gut machbar, Pool klein, aber ausreichend. Sehr bequeme Betten! In der Küche alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Nur die Außenbestuhlung könnte etwas bequemer sein.

Fijn verblijf
Wij hebben hier twee heerlijke weken beleefd. De bungalow is mooi en schoon. De bedden liggen prima en de douche is heerlijk. De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het strand is op loopafstand en het is lekker rustig bij de bungalow. En de mensen die we hebben gesproken zijn allemaal erg aardig.
