The Altamar III complex offers a lovely pool and garden area, with lots of tall palm trees and tropical planting. A private underground parking space comes with the apartment rental, making coming and going by car a breeze.
Inside the apartment, the brightly decorated lounge-diner with adjoining covered balcony offers indoor or open air dining, and comfy seating in-front of the Smart TV. The light filled bedrooms offer quality mattresses and in-built wardrobes, perfect for hiding the clutter!
JH loves – the stylish interiors, comfortable beds, and central Javea location.
JH Tip: El Colibrí is located super close to Altamar Cielo and La Kalma, and these two are in the same complex. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
