This stunning newly constructed vacation home is perfect for romantic getaways, family vacations, or simply a moment of solitude. Offering a cozy outdoor fire pit and 6-person hot tub, surrounded by beautiful woodlands and mountain vistas, it's the perfect retreat to reset and reconnect. Mere minutes from historic West Jefferson, you can explore all downtown has to offer before returning to this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home at sunset to dine al fresco on the spacious deck with gorgeous views.

Accessible year-round via paved surface streets. Although 4x4 or AWD are not required for general access, guests are advised that ALL mountain roads and highways can become difficult to traverse during inclement weather, especially during heavy snow and ice storms.

Mountain Weekend Getaway
We came up for the weekend with friends to visit our college kids and attend the APP State Old Dominion game and chose Blue Sky Cabin for our home away from home. Kari’s, the owner, couldn’t have made the stay any more relaxing. The home was clean and beautiful. Loved that we didn’t have to worry about sheets, towels, etc.. This cabin had beautiful Mountain View’s and we loved the nice touch of the sticky boy chocolate chip cookie dough. Absolutely no complaints with our stay. We will definitely stay again and recommend to any friends heading up that way

The cabin was new, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also outstanding. A great view and close to everything. The hosts also provided a digital guidebook which was very helpful. We will definitely return!

Wonderful house and location! The house had everything you would need. Owner has excellent communication. Terrific view. Enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to birds or light rain. Location is easy to access and a short drive to West Jefferson. We were sad that we only booked 2 nights. Will definitely book again!

Great weekend getaway
We went for for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway for the two of us with our 1 year old son. We got to go to dinner, took a hike, went to a great local Vineyard only 10 minutes away then came back to the house and truly had a chance to relax. From the patio views and hot tub on a cold night this place was just right. Also a short drive from Boone to get some more adventures under our belt. 3.5 hours from Raleigh it’s not a bad drive it’s very pretty and minutes from the blue ridge parkway. Will return when things warm up.
