- NOTE: Due to renter demand, the largest suite, which is on the 1st floor, has 2 full beds in order to accommodate a total of 8 guests in the home
- NOTE: Due to the property’s location in a state park, there is a refundable $10 fee to enter the community. The homeowner will return the $10 fee (limited to 1 vehicle) to guests after entry
