홀로 여행이었는데 우선 프론트에서 체크인 할 때부터 정말 친절하게 대해주셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 생각 이상으로 넓은 방에 시설도 깨끗하고 쇼파도 있고 뒹굴 수 있는 침대도 넓고(아 침대 매트리스가 조금만 더 푹신했으면 완벽했을 것 같았는데 이 부분 딱 하나만 아쉬웠어요)! 무엇보다도 조식!!!!!! 혼자가서 소심해서 3그릇밖에 못먹었지만 지인이랑 같이 갔더라면 5그릇도 먹었을 정도로 정말 맛있었습니다!!!!! 제가 최근에 갔던 호텔 중 조식이 가장 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 바로 근처에 상점가가 있어서 쇼핑하기도 좋았고 조금만 더 걸어가면 한옥마을도 있어서 접근성도 좋았습니다. 체크아웃 할 때까지 친절하게 대해주셔서, 짐도 맡아주시고 정말 혼자 여행하면서 호텔 덕분에 제대로 힐링했습니다. 다음에 주변 사람들에게 이 호텔 좋으니 꼭 전주에 놀러가서 같이 머물자고 이야기도 하고 추천도 많이 했습니다. 감사합니다.

주차 너무 불편, 소음 공해 심해요! 조식 완전 별로
주차 너무 너무 불편합니다! 체크인 하면서 사람들 주차 불편하다고 한 마디씩 다들 이야기하네요. 호텔 외부 소음이 장난 아닙니다. 축제때문에도 그랬겠지만 괜찮겠지 싶었는데 아니더라구요. 밤새 시끄러웠어요. 조식 가격대비 완전 별로였어요. 음식이 떨어져도 절대 바로 채워지지 않아요. 국이며 와플반죽이며 각종 반찬들 바닥나서 사람들이 여러번 이야기 했는데도 한참 기다려야 해요. 호텔 조식 이런 곳 처음 봤어요. 저 이런 불만 후기 처음 올려봐요. 이렇게 불만족스러운 호텔 처음입니다.
