Nice stay with the wife and kids. Location is spot on and staff are very friendly. Baby cots are sooo old that our 18mo managed to break one by laying down...replaced quickly but that was also very weak. New cotbeds needed.

This hotel is decent. Staff are so accustomed to many travelers sometimes they forget the smallest details of a smile and conversation to any clients using their facility. They charge to use the pool which is not a very big pool. Regular outdoor pool. The advantage is it’s right down the Jeonju Hanok Village. Golf cart ready for rental right when you go outside the hotel. 7-11 store available as well. I think they can offer more amenities for their hotel guests especially if it’s standard for other competitors to offer swimming pool or staff equipped with a very hospitable attitude.

Excellent location situated next to the Hanok village. Parking was convenient and free. The staff were professional and helpful. Our bathroom had a squeaky faucet & splashed water over tbe sink. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The hanok village is right beside the hotel which made it very convenient. We had a nice view of hanok village from our hotel room. Will definitely stay here again on our next Korea trip!
