The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 600 per vehicle
• Pet fee: BRL 90 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Cash is not accepted. 
For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher in all accommodation. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and over; guests must have received their complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 30 days prior to check-in.

• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport). For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to travelling for more information.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Reservations are needed for massage services and spa treatments. For reservations, contact the pousada before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child aged 8 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Pets are welcome in specific rooms only, which can be requested by contacting the property directly at the number on your booking confirmation (please see the Fees section for related charges).
