Property was very clean and location was amazing with great views of New York City. Only issues was their elevators, at most times only 1 was working causing long wait times. Parking is also not included and every time you leave and come you got to pay.

I just want to say I had the time of my life visiting New York and staying in the envue hotel! When I say it was perfect especially the view I mean it!!! I have found my get away spot with amazing people especially the bartenders, front desk staff everyone and everything was absolutely stunning! I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel before. 5 stars for sure! Thank you so much for treating us with so much care and love!! We will see you again!!!!!

Terrible experience
When we 1st arrived it was very confusing figuring out if there was valet parking or if hotel was self park only. I would have had to double park and take an elevator to the 6th floor to inquire about the parking situation. Thank goodness some kind patrons could see I was confused and explained it to me. After checking in to room 940 ( obviously on the 9th floor), we come to find out that the closest ice machine was on the 7th floor. Also found out at this point that only 1 of the 2 elevator cars was working. Then immediately after, find out that the ice machine on 7th floor not working and now had to go all the way down to the restaurant for ice. The hits continue to come when we realize that the refrigerator was barely functioning and we had a disgusting stain on the carpet outside of the bathroom ( blood? Chocolate ? Who knows?). The next morning when I go to get a luggage cart, come to find out that the other elevator car is not working. Now we have no working elevators and were forced to lug our stuff through the Residence Inn hotel ( which is connected), and that was the straw that broke the camels back. For what we paid ($352 for the night) , we should have had a much better experience. I feel Envue should offer some kind of a refund ( ie. half the room rate) as compensation for all the inconveniences for what should have been a simple 1 night stay.

Its was terrible experience staying here Parking not included in the already steep price of the nightly charge We paid for the room with manhattan view but were told hotel is booked and didnt get the room we paid for while this was tbe primary reason we booked this hotel WAS THE VIEW We could have gotten a better hotel cheaper price on the area The reception associate was not welcoming Bathroom was dirty had hair all over the floor and shower VERY DISAPPOINTING
