MOST HORRIBLE STAY IN MY LIFE. I booked this hotel to stay close to my sister’s wedding venue, with my two young kids and husband. The hotel didn’t have a working elevator and our room was on the 5th floor. We had to carry our luggage up the 5 flights of stairs. The stairs were steep with no ventilation. The hallways were dark and filled with trash. A non-working ice machine, we had to get ice on the first floor. The next morning we were awaken by loud construction noises in the room above us and a fire alarm drill. The entire place was dirty and under construction, it should not be open for guest, its a hazard.

NO ELEVATORS. Avoid if you hate steps because you'll be walking these a lot. This really needs to be disclosed up front. We could smell a lot of marijuana smoke even though this is a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast was lacking, although nearby pizza place was awesome.

They had no elevator working in the property. We had to walk to the 8th floor multiple times after a long day traveling. There was no shower head in the shower. Overall I think the place has potential and it looks like they are renovating. But they should disclose some pertinent info to guests and charge accordingly.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The elevators did not work. They put us on the fourth floor after driving 12 hours. No one helped us with our luggage. The room was disgusting. The shower leaked. There was here in the tub. There was no shelving in the bathroom. The floor was dirty. The carpeting is so old it was warped. The mattresses are easily from the '80s and unbelievably uncomfortable. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The telephone did not work. The alarm clock did not work. There was construction everywhere inside the building. The fire alarm on the second floor was flashing and no one said anything about it. So I don't know if there was a fire or if there was smoke. The staff did not communicate to the guests whatsoever. I really wish that whoever reads this review knows, please, this is not an exaggeration! Please avoid this hotel! Save your money! Go to one of the other hotels in the area and spend that extra little bit of money! Save yourself headache and hassle. This hotel really does need to be shut down, for 2 months minimum, so that construction and repairs can be done on this building to make it worth the money to stay there. Somebody from Ramada really needs to go look at this hotel and decide if this is the kind of representation they want for their brand. Because I will never stay at another Ramada and I will make sure everybody I know does not either!

First of all, I chose this facility because the pictures on Expedia looked very nice. Upon arrival, it looked completely different- it was undergoing a name change with previous signage “scars” everywhere all over the building exterior. While checking in, the desk informed us that their elevator was broken, so he placed us on a “lower level” 4th floor room. We had to carry our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. This was immediately annoying. I booked a room on Expedia that was supposed to sleep 5 people (3 adults and 2 children), but the rooms only accommodate 4. Two queen/full beds with no couches and no cots on the premises to use. My father ended up sleeping on the floor, and it was a STRUGGLE to get any extra blankets and pillows to the room so he could have a somewhat comfortable bed on the floor. The room itself was very shabby and in terrible condition. Lighting fixtures were barely hanging in the wall and the wallpaper was stained and coming apart at the seams. The TV did not work well even after readjusting wires. The picture kept cutting in and out and was ultimately avoided for the two nights we stayed. In the lobby, we heard two separate guests complaining. One about a staff member saying something “offensive,” and a mother/daughter duo checking out early due to bug bites! I’m still in awe over the horrible stay we experienced. Pros: The housekeeping staff appeared very nice. Also, the facility offered a decent breakfast each morning.

Terrible smell around the building and inside the bedroom. Bathroom was cleaned up with dirty mop, terrible smell and dirty. NO elevator available, forget about help to go 3 or 4 floors with luggage. Don’t go with seniors or kids or too much luggage. Mattress was bent on one side. Will not recommend it at all and price was too high for what it is
