Odd smell
The room smelled like smoke the Towels had a smoke/incense type of smell? The pillows were uncomfortable. The rooms need updating aome of the paint was peeling in bathroom on tub. Only one coffee pod -1 reg and 1 decaf for 3 adults??

We had a 2 bedroom room which was perfect for us since traveling with our adult daughter. The room had lots of space and 2 large tvs, sink, refrigerator and microwave. The beds were ok, not great and the bedding was stiff, but did not cause any problems. The shower pressure was very low. The toilet was too low. These need updates. The breakfast was wonderful, offering made to order omelets & waffles. Many other choices; bacon, sausage and potatos. Cold and hot cereal, fresh fruit, pastries and yogurts. Toast, muffins and more. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices and plenty of water. The staff was so nice and accommodating. All served in the atrium environment. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel.

the hotel was really good. only compliant i would have is the courtyard was chilly due to the cold weather. it made eating breakfast a little chilly in the morning. they had a lot of selections for breakfast and the pool was adequate. room actuallly had 2 kings and a pull out couch so we had plenty of space.

Rooms were clean and spacious, we stayed at 2 king bed room. The bed inside the room was comfortable the one in the living room was a little squeaky. Given that the room was right beside the elevator the outside room was a bit disturbing. Breakfast spread was pretty good

Vert nice star at the Harmony. Hôtel is old, but super clean. Beds are very confortables. Service was A1. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Omelette station, bakeries extra fresh every morning, waffle station, and a lot more. We had a double room suite with 2 kings. Only downside is that it said sofabed but there was none. Only a sofa. Shuttle is right in front for port Authority terminal. 15 min ride. 9$ roundtrip. Free parking. I recommand this hotel

The suite was cold there was no heat, we had to sleep with our coats on. The first suite was cold so we moved a floor down and the next suite was still cold. That was very frustrating and I would like to get a refund.

Extremely disappointed to learn that the presidential suite did not have heat for a young family’s vacation. I feel duped for the price I paid for this room for what was supposed to be a memorable Christmas vacation. All that was offered was space heaters…. Very disappointed for the price I paid!!!
