This was by far one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. The service was great, the service was impeccable Perul, the guy making omelets, to the lady making the waffles was the bomb definitely will be back again

The front desk didn’t want to give out change to wash clothes. They had a note saying to go to the front for change. Also, I we are paying and breakfast was only given to 3 out of the 5 people in the room and I stayed for 3 nights.

Great hotel but awful pillows
Excellent hotel in every regard - except the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. If you don’t like laying your on two foot thick foam, you might want to bring your own pillow. Otherwise, a fine hotel: convenient to NYC, very good breakfast, large comfortable suite, clean and well appointed bathroom, free parking, good service. But those pillows!

Overall, it’s a good experience. It’s a very fair priced hotel, but the deposit of $150 per room is excessive especially since it takes a while to get that back. They do have a little tiny store with some snacks and drinks, and while I expect that to be more expensive than a convenient store, seems like they gouge you a little bit on the prices there. Plus you can’t charge it against your room and have to pay separately with cash or credit card. If you try to check in before 12 o’clock on your check-in date it’s $100 extra and then after 12 o’clock it’s $50 if you check in early. We stayed four nights and spent over $1000 on rooms and asked for an extra hour at checkout time so we can check out at noon instead of 11 and once again that would’ve been a charge of $30 plus tax. I don’t know it just seems like they nickel and dime for everything. Having said that, the bus stop across the street is very convenient to get to Times Square, also very inexpensive and easy to navigate. the rooms, although, showing their age, we’re fine. My biggest complaint is all the extra cost for everything.

Stay was fantastic. We were suprised at the size of the hotel. We were clise to a bus stop, was a quick trip to NYC. Breakfast was fantastic. Omlet station, waffle station too. If you left hungry, you over slept

I have booked this suite based on review. Unfortunately, after I checked into the room, I found multiple hairs on the bed. I called and complained and the front desk told me he would call me back within five minutes, I had to call back the front desk after 15 minutes since I didn't hear from them, and someone told me he didn't know anything. I have to repeat it again. So they were switch the room, but I still found out this room light was not working, and maintenance come told me he could not fix it. I went lobby again, they offer me two bottle of water. I was laughing at their stupid action. I have requested Expedia, and after they spoke with the front desk, suggested I wait till tomorrow to speak with a manager. We came back to the room to take a shower, and boom, the bathtub water was not fast enough to drain out, after I washed my size years old, I stepped in half tub water to shower. Poor customer service with poor room maintenance. I have requested to fix this problem to keep customer satisfaction, now hotel and expedia is pushing responsibility to each other. There is many hotels and suites around this area. If you want keep your vacation be happy to end. Don't book this place and waited your energy, tine with your money. Never again to look into this company and suites. DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

Disappointing
As this is an old Embassy Suites they offer breakfast, very poor quality. All the breads and pastries were hard as a rock. Eggs were not scrambled but round hard disks. They make omelets but you better have a ton of time as they only make two at a time. Hotel was OK but as you need to go out for breakfast, you can do better for the price.
