The 2-Bed room is a bedroom (1 bed) and a living room (1 bed). We got a room right in front of the elevator but we hardly noticed it except for some early morning "wakeup" noises. Got a very noisy neighbor the last night of our stay, but looks like management took care of it right away. The mattress of the bed in the bedroom is basically gone, that the hotel should replace ASAP. The mattress in the living room is very firm (and good). Breakfast is good. Location is perfect to go into Manhattan, as NJ bus 320 is right in front of the hotel. Wished to see water and coffee service throughout the day (like other hotels we stayed at in the area). So overall it is a decent hotel, but probably not exceptional.

Something very strange happened to us, they didn't clean our room during all the days we stayed. It turns out that you had to notify them to clean it, a policy since the pandemic. Obviously I didn't know that, you guys. The rest was very good. Very good breakfast, plenty of parking space. The pool was closed a few minutes before the established time.

Very easy check in. The staff was friendly. Free breakfast. I loved the fact the bus into New York and from New York runs every 10 minutes and it’s right across the street. Everything was very nice and convenient. I would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and very professional. There was a wide variety of selections for breakfast. You can take the NJ transit to NYC port authority (last stop) across from the hotel. You can buy your one way/round trip ticket from the machine bus stop. The last stop is a couple of blocks from Times Square. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

I have been to enough hotels and motels to know pictures are not always on point. I usually just take them with a grain of salt and wait until I get to the property to really know. The pictures you see on the site is exactly what you get. The hotel was so uniquely awesome. I have a problem with heights so I couldn't look when we were going up in the elevator, but my husband said it was awesome so he took a video and he was right. In his words, this is the best hotel we have stayed at yet. The whole thing Is beautiful. What a concept they have. It's like you enter a whole different world when you go in. The room was so clean I walked around in my socks which I NEVER do. There was a great breakfast . Not continental , I mean a real breakfast. Only issue I had was the blast of wind going out the doors of the hotel. It was so strong it stopped my breath. I am very honest when it comes to this kind of thing. The price was exceptional to top it off. They do have a notice in the room that a $1,000.00 fine will be billed to your card if anything is missing when you check out. The housekeeping doesn't come and bother you unless you call down so that was nice. Bottom line is, if you want a truly good place to stay, this would be it Walmart, Sam's club and a bunch of restaurants are in the immediate area. 3 elevators make sure you aren't stuck waiting. Family oriented, not pet friendly but service dogs are welcome. Book your stay soon.
