The staff is very rude, we went to check in at 11:30pm and they didn’t have our rooms available. Other visitors were even yelled at by a gentleman at the front door because they were upset about their room. At one point the male staff member said “you waited all day, you can wait another hour” this was after he threatened to kick them out and it was past midnight at this point already. Unfortunately not the way I expected a large hotel under the Hilton brand to behave. Hotel staff even went as far as to tell me the room I purchased was t guaranteed because it was booked through Expedia. I know this is not true because Hilton itself confirms the reservation after purchase.

The room was nice and spacious. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. They can do with better lighting in the room. It was okay otherwise. Services at the front desk was awesome. The outside was not inviting at all but once you go inside it’s beautiful. The persons who work in the dining area were amazing. They were very sociable beautiful smile on their faces which makes the environment very inviting and relaxing and the food was great.

The rooms are clearly in need of renovation, with shabby carpet and dark decor though are comfortable.Aircon works down to 68F. Very limited amenities in the area. The shuttle experience is erratic and offering no service earlier than 10am. Best planned on using more Ubers especially to go to the diners in Secaucus

This place is a Motel 6 with the Hilton name on it. Air was noisy and didn’t work well. Our curtains were dry rotted and the carpet was damp. The bathroom was dirty, rusted and the toilet is very low to the ground. When you flush the toilet, it sounds like you’re turning the shower on full blast. My room also didn’t have a mini fridge and when I asked about it was told I would’ve had to call ahead of time to get one. My friends had one and they didn’t call and I could see them in the rooms around us when they were cleaning. When I said that to her, she changed the story to well there’s no one here to bring you one. My perishables had to be tossed and we had no cold drinks during our stay. If I hadn’t prepaid the stay, I would’ve left!

The rooms were great, location was perfect for access to the American Dream mall, beds were comfy. Down sides were minimal but the usb port on the electrical outlets did not work and there were small cosmetic things that could be fixed. Overall it was a great spot for our first visit to the mall and would stay again.

The door to our room didn’t catch so it took awhile to get in each time. There was mold in the Shower, makeup on the shower curtain and no soap and something on the ceiling. (I have pictures of all). While this are first world problems it was definitely a more dated Hilton then I have stayed in. My husband and I wondered if the room we got was because we booked through Expedia instead of the Hilton site. However the savings with Expedia vs the website was $100.

Room looks outdated. Room curtain was ripped, The shower water was super hot no matter if we had the setting on cold, bathroom sink dirty and rusted base of handle moves ones you try to turn the water on. Lamps in the room have stains. We only needed one night since we had a wedding. Very disappointed for a Hilton will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The service was great. Our first room had a broken bed and the guest services upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast to make up for it without hesitation! It was appreciated!

The hotel did not have working AC for over a week. Our room got as hot as 84 degrees and I have pictures of the thermostats in both rooms we were put in. I called and emailed David the manager and he has refused to respond. I wish we were given the option of getting a refund or at least inform us of the hotel not having air conditioning as described. Really poor customer service.

This could not have been a Hilton. The rooms were smelly and dirty. The key machine was not working. The front lady that was suppose to escort me to my room left me and I didn’t even know what floor my room was located. They had false advertisement for a pool and free breakfast and it was not true. I did not enjoy my stay.

This is the first time in my life I have ever written a complaint or will be asking for a full refund. The hotel room was dirty (took photos), there was an issue with the key fob machine and our room keys weren’t working, the staff wasn’t very welcoming and pleasant, on some sites says there was a pool and there wasn’t, hotel had a strong unpleasant odor when you walked in. I will be emailing and calling with a formal complaint and sending photos of proof

It was awful. The staff was nasty when we asked for an early check in. A simple “unfortunately we have no rooms ready” would have been just fine! The air conditioning in the room wouldn’t work. We had it set to 65 degrees and the room went all the way up to 76 degrees. It was so hot. We took ice cold showers to try and prevent the room from getting hotter. The pillows were flat. The popcorn ceiling was flaking and falling apart right above the bed. The shower curtain had mold on it. It was just an overall awful experience. I don’t know how they got away with charging us $500 for the room!
