WORST HOTEL VISIT OF MY LIFE!
The WORST stay I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE!!! Room wasn’t as clean and as advertised and had a weird smell. The management was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Had all extra unexpected fees. DO NOT STAY here especially for the PRICE. DEFINITELY 100% DO NOT recommend even if your last option.

Room was a good size but the location is awful. Busy main road in front, railroad at the back. Noisy throughout the night, no sound proofing in the rooms either. You can also hear other rooms toilets flushing. Guests being loud at 1am. Coffee machine didn’t work in the room. Cleaning could be better - long black hairs left in bathroom and body lotion smeared on walls. There is no luggage storage (not mentioned on Expedia at time of booking) so when I checked out early they couldn’t fit my 2 bags in. The girl on check out (Kallie) was extremely unhelpful, she offered no solution to where I could stow my bags or her apologies. Really lacking customer service skills, her response to everything was “I don’t know”. I suggest she gets some better training
