The air conditioning didnt work. They killed the keys an hour before check out. After a friendly mention at the desk at check out they just acted like both issues were no big deal. Annoying. And the positive side my familiea other room was nice and cool.

There were few things I noticed with the hot tub. The tub paint were floating in the water. And in the room I was in it almost look like they were working on it because it was ducktaped on the side. Not sure if the guy at check in was having a bad day but wasn’t as friendly as i was expecting when I checked-in. I didn’t do breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hopefully next time, i have a better room if i decide to come here again. The lady at check out was friendly.

Don’t know you cancelled it on us. We still have no refund. Was just told by email you don’t have a room. Great as we are arriving in state with children and no place to stay. Will never use your hotels or even recommend them.

Bathroom was so untidy. The bath tub has so much stains or gross stuffs that even my kids didnt want to take a shower. The bath towels were so old already like over-used that they need to change them. The breakfast was so disappointing. Our remote control too was broken and maintenance needs to come in our room to give us a temporary remote control that was so dirty that I need to clean and sanitized so bad and the maintenance shoes who went in our room was so untidy too and he looks he is not decent enough to work in an hospitality management or hotel management. My only problem was I never took pictures as evidence but it doesnt matter if you believe me or not. We stayed in room 400.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a dirty carpet in my room and found that the crib provided for my baby was also in unacceptable condition. The check-in process was particularly troubling; the front desk staff had an unwelcoming attitude, which set a negative tone for my stay. To make matters worse, I was uncomfortable when the staff insisted on taking a photocopy of my credit card and ID. When I inquired about this policy, the explanation provided did little to reassure me. Finally, at checkout, I was surprised to be denied a receipt, which added to my unease about the overall handling of my payment information. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, as cleanliness and customer service are essential for a pleasant stay.

I called front desk to advise I will check in 1 day later due to my own booking error. That person did not note it and when I arrived the reservation was cancelled but I was charged anyway. Horrible experience. Took over an hour for them to go back and forth with Expedia.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Want to stress that. But the room was dirty in ways I hadn’t expected. Stains on chairs and benches, weird markings and drips from the ceiling, the toilet didn’t flush until you jiggled the flusher a bunch and the drain in the shower had to be propped open to not flood the shower when using it. TV in the room was nice though.
