Bathroom wasn’t working and they wasted our time sending someone trying to fix it, and finally they decide to move us to another room. Also, they have been working and fixing on some rooms, with all the repairs sounds they didn’t care if customers needs to relax. Zero customer service

Extremely disappointing
Myself and my daughter stayed here for 5 nights. The room was freezing as there was a freezing air coming in under the door, so much so that we had to put a towel across the bottom of the door at night time. The shower was terrible, splashing water in every direction except the way it should have went. The drain in the sink was blocked. The hanger attached to the wall had 1 hanger for hanging up clothes and it was falling off the wall. There was a dirty mens sock under the armchair. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, both of which were old and smelly. We put up with it as we were only there at night and are not people that complain. We decided to extend our trip by any extra day and went to reception to explain our situation with the room. They were no help whatsoever, no discount for the extra night, and was told to book on hotels.com if i wanted a discounted room. I got the room 35 dollars cheaper online and got a slightly more updated room. I then asked if i could get 1 hour late check out the next morning and was told it would cost me 50 dollars extra. Extremely disappointed with this hotel, and more so disappointed with staff who were totally unhelpful.

I checked into this property on Wednesday Nov 27 it was a late check in and I needed to get to the mall before it closed… I didn’t go straight to the room I got bk in my car and went shopping… Get bk to the room with all my luggage and the room door is open and the room is filthy ,trash all over , bed has been slept in … now I’m piissed I goes bk to the office tells the front desk clerk about the room and he tells me ITS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT … He said I checked in at 7 he can’t say if I used the room r not mind u this is at 9 pm 2 hrs later…. I tells him sir I never went to the room I went shopping u have cameras in front of ur face u can check them … He then tells me he can refund me for the next 2 days but not for that night…. But y not I didn’t sleep there… I will never book there wat u see on the photos is not wat the rooms look like any way THIS IS A 1 star MOTEL

Would not stay there again
The property is being remodeled so it was not stop banging even on Thanksgiving morning. We stayed 7 nights but they only provide housekeeping every 3 days. We had to empty our trash ourselves, they did not give tissue refills as per Wyndham policy they stated. Our room and bathroom was very obsolete but as I mentioned they are remodeling rooms so I’m sure in a few weeks that will not be an issue anymore. For our room and stay it was definitely NOT a good value, I would not recommend and will not return.

The beds, shower, lighting were all great. Working fridge and microwave. Only smoking allowed hotel in area, and for a smoking room very clean. The remote wasn't working but that was fine, but if staying longer than two nights wouldve asked to fix. Overall an easy pleasant stay if you want closest to Meadowlands and American Dream and don't need extra enemeties.
