The place is relatively close to Futian market, beautiful river view, the only problem is people smoke on the hallways and that was irritating to us. Other than that service was excellent!!! The staff went above and beyond! Mark was excellent and the other staff were great!!

Good location and opposite a great park by the river for morning exercise. 15 mins walk from Yiwu market or there is a shuttle bus. Room was very good and staff helpful. Only issue was the intermittent Wi-Fi (iMportant as I was traveling on business)

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I was treated very nicely by the hotel staff. Alice was manager on duty who had ensured that all my small requests were met and exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view outside is magnificient and also not far from the Market area. There is a nice mall that you can literally walk from the hotel.

The location is close to the commodity centre. Initially, I did not feel safe in the area but eventually the location grew on me. For the price, the room is lovely with great modern features such as motion sensor and automatic blinds. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel gives lovely extras such as fruits in the hall areas, aromatic teas brewing all day and fresh fruit in the hall. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel and service were ok for the price payed. Although, the shower box was leaking out and the breakfast had only chinese food, no eggs or toasts whatsoever.

Hidden gem with 5 star services
Amaze with the service and hospitality Had an amazing stay at Kasion. All the staff are very friendly especially Alice, my partner got sick during the trip, Alice did above and beyond to help us from finding hospital, give us fresh fruit and even provide my partner who was really sick at that time with warm porridge.. she also kept following up with us daily during the stay to make sure our stay is comfortable. The location is amazing, the room is very comfortable, easy to transport to everywhere. Very good value too.. definitely will come back to this hotel..

Room dirty, bar fridge did not work. Exchanged it 3 times and it still did not work. Room service staff very rude.. Could not refund the deposit as credit card machine did not work.

Overall experience was good. As it was 18-24degree weather everyday , hotel aircon was being centralised & warm for us to sleep. It could be improved on that. However, there was one attentive staff William he was very attentive & patience to us at all times. In arranging transport, our daily necessity and even our parcel everyday. Was very impressed by the service he provided to us.
