Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die zimmer sind ok , dass bad sollte mal renoviert werden, also 4 sterne ist das nicht, z. b. man kann sich im waschbecken nicht richtig die HƤnde waschen, da der wasserhahn viel zu kurz ist fĆ¼r das Waschbecken und auch sehr niedrig,

Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck, es fehlt aber die Liebe zum Detail: FĆ¼r ein 4-Sterne-Hotel finde ich einen 5-Euro-Duschvorhang unpassend; leere Minibar; keine Sitzmƶglichkeiten in der Umkleide zur Sauna; keine Sitzmƶglichkeit auf der Zimmer-Terrasse; ungewƶhnlich verkabelte Steckdosen im Zimmer; etc. Vielleicht wurde ich konsequenter auch darum nicht, wie in vielen anderen HƤusern Ć¼blich ist, beim Check-out gefragt, ob ich zufrieden und alles in Ordnung war...!?

Das Hotel war ok. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Die TerrassentĆ¼r konnte ich nachts auch nicht offen lassen, da es soviele MĆ¼cken gibt. Daher war es nachts sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Gastronomie hingegen war sehr gut.

Wir hatten GlĆ¼ck, da Ć¼ber die Mai-Feiertage kaum Dienstreisende anwesend waren, die sonst, wie es hieƟ, 90% der GƤste ausmachen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen zu empfehlen, die Lage ausgezeichnet fĆ¼r Leute, die Ruhe im GrĆ¼nen suchen. Ein wenig bequemer kƶnnten die Betten sein und nach Mƶglichkeit, bei der Buchung wƤre darauf zu achten, sollte auf Zimmer mit verschiebbaren, aber letztlich undichten GlaswƤnden zum Bad verzichtet werden.
