The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. Big enough to see someone close to the window in next room. On the phone they said they had blackout curtains, but the room had openings on the side of the windows not covered by the blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rose, 5am, we were up. Then, water heater wasn't working. Other than the bin, the chair and the phone, we also asked for extra blankets, as we had our daughter with us and her bed didn't have one. They said they would bring it, fix it, etc. Nothing was done. The second day I threw a fit in the reception. They promised to move me to another room. It had the chair, headlights, no bin, bad internet still. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said they were going to bring it. They didn't. Awful hotel. The only positive aspect is that beds are comfortable. I cannot even mention the location as a positive because there are other better hotels in the region.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, com boa estrutura. A construção não é nova, então há algumas coisas a reparar em algumas instalações, mas estão passando por reformas (imagino que a médio prazo isso melhore). O café da manhã é razoável, mas tem boa diversidade. Quartos amplos e limpos. No meu caso, tive problemas no escoamento do ralo do banheiro (que foi desconfortável e nem um pouco agradável), mas nada muito grave. Hotel, portanto, com bom custo x benefício.

Tudo maravilhoso!!!!! A única coisa que vou deixar uma dica para o hotel é que coloque uma estátua de um gavião para espantar os pombos . Sempre que vou a João pessoa , me hospedo nesse hotel e eles nunca decepcionam.

Vamos lá ao adentrar no quarto já senti cheiro de naftalina e mofo, travesseiro e fronhas mofadas, assento da privada também tinha mofo, o cartão magnético que abria a porta não funciona direito para ter ideia passei 5 minutos para conseguir abrir a porta.

Péssimo atendimento e acomodação !!!!
O hotel muito ruim , fornece fotos que não condiz com o REAL . Os quartos são muito antigos , com ar condicionados sem funcionar. Fui solicitar troca do quarto devido a isso e não fui bem atendida , recepcionista Erika não foi nem um pingo empática . Além disso , no dia do check out as 10h da manhã , entra no quarto SEM AVISAR OU PEDIR QUALQUER LICENÇA UM FUNCIONÁRIO DO HOTEL , atrapalhou meu sono fora a total falta de privacidade e invasão . Imagine um quarto só com mulher e um HOMEM INVADIR SEM PERMISSÃO ALGUMA E FALAR CHECK OUT , ACORDEI COM MEDO E ATORDOADA , me senti invadida e desrespeitada . Nunca na minha vida ocorreu tamanho erro em hotel. Ao ligar para recepção para reclamar me foi informado que acharam que nosso quarto tinha feito check out junto com outras amigas que estavam tbm hospedas que inclusive tbm tiveram problemas bem semelhante com o hotel . Foi nos dado essa justificativa para o erro e eu questionei : Como se acha que alguém fez check out e na dúvida não liga para quarto ao invés de mandar logo um funcionário adentrar sem nenhuma cautela ? Como alguém faz check out e não entrega as chaves e nem mesmo resgata seu carro que está com manobrista do hotel ? Um verdadeiro absurdo !!! E mais uma vez ao sair e dar finalmente o check out reclamei a funcionária ERIKA E ELA NÃO DEU A MENOR IMPORTÂNCIA ! Em resumo : primeira vez hospedada neste hotel e para nunca mais ! NÃO RECOMENDO. A VONTADE QUE DÁ É PROCESSAR PARA ELES APRENDEREM A EVOLUIR E NÃO SER AMADOR!!!

A estadia foi maravilhosa, funcionários bem atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza impecável. O que não nos agradou foram os quartos, tivemos que trocar de quarto 3x devido problemas no ar condicionado e outros. As camas eram de molas, foi terrível para minha esposa que tem hérnia de disco, acordamos todos os dias com dores na coluna.

Amamos nossa estadia no Aram Beach. Tudo perfeito, café da manhã excelente, para quem gosta de umas comidinhas mais pesadas no café, vai se fartar, muito bom mesmo. Tem uma garçonete muito legal, pena que esqueci no nome dela, um amor de pessoa(ela falou que trabalhou no hotel por um período saiu e voltou acho que tem uns dois meses) que simpatia de pessoa, sempre sorrindo. A senhora da tapioca é simpática também.

O hotel foi de uma gentileza que conquistou a todos. Pois sou corredora, fiquei hospedada par uma corrida, assim como outrras pessoas também. A corrida foi muito cedo, bem antes do cafe da manhã e ele nos deu uma atenção especial e nos ofereceu um café da manhã pra podermos sairmos e correr alimentados. Isso nos encantou muito! Agradecida por esse har especial por todos os corredores hospedados.
