The Space:
We designed this space to be simple, clean, and practical. But we've learned that you can still do all those things without sacrificing style. All of the rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room to spread out.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with full bathrooms. A king bed in one room and a full bed in the other. We splurged on those nicer textiles like bedding and fluffy towels, and we keep high-quality toiletries on hand in the bathrooms. A queen air mattress is available too, just let us know ahead of time!

Downstairs, there's a cozy indoor fireplace in the living room with a comfy couch & blankets. Netflix/Disney +/HULU/Amazon Prime are all included on the smart TV. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook a full family dinner.


Traveling with Kids:
We have young kids so we know the struggle! We can provide a pack-n-play & stroller upon request. We've found that the closet in the master bedroom fits a Pack-n-play perfectly, so it is like having a 3rd bedroom. Kids' toys are available in the closet. (If you need anything else, just ask, we might be able to help). "Metropolitan Kiwanis Park" is less than 3 min away from this condo & is a great, safe place to take kids to play!

CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC are available for sports on the TV.

Freedom Hall, ETSU & Med Center are minutes away.

The Neighborhood:
Great neighbors, safe area. This small condo is located next to a very nice neighborhood. Food City is an awesome grocery store just a block away. You've got tons of fast food options right there, too. Petros, Pals (a local legend), Panda Express, Freddy's, and more. It's such a good location!

The condo worked great as a 3 night stopping point on cross country trip. Condo is close to store and major thoroughfare to get you around Johnson City. Nice base camp.

Nice accommodation, very clean with all of the essentials this is a two story condo in a complex amongst other condos. We were never met by the host which we paid for and we phoned a few telephone numbers for entry to no avail. So on the first day we had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express and on the second day we contacted VRBO customer service and the agent helped us receive the entrance code.

Perfect location to explore the Tri-City area. Very clean and well appointed. A large grocery store across the street as well as several places to eat.

The condo was comfortable, however, we were surprised to find just TWO teaspoons, TWO tablespoons and one grapefruit spoon (!), although forks and knives were ample. Overall, kitchen was not well supplied and the stove top was in poor condition. In order to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime movies, etc., you must enter your own personal subscription and password. This was misleading in the description online. The deck was pretty dirty, and the overgrowth of vines made it unusable.

Very nice property
My husband and I and our adult son stayed here and found the property to be perfect for the three of us. It was very spacious, comfortable, and safe. The hosts were great in communicating with us, too. Our only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars) is the bed in the primary room was not very comfortable.

Family gathering in JC
The property was just what me and my two children needed for a long weekend in Johnson City near family. Convenient, clean and had just the right comforts of home. Nice to have the two full bathrooms so my adult children could both get ready at the same time…no arguments. Lol. We truly were not there much…but when so, it was just what we needed.
