Summary:
Downtown Johnson City Apartment Hosted by The Sanctuary Co. This newly renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath LOFT is located in the heart of Johnson City's recently revitalized downtown area. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the space or explore the surrounding area. This loft is right above the Downtown Square Parking lot where there is usually plenty of parking. It is right across the street from restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, music venues, parks, shopping, and more! This is the perfect place to stay as you experience all that Johnson City has to offer!

The Space:
This apartment is filled with little extras and everything you need for a home-away-from-home. Our goal is to provide everything our guests need to feel right at home! Bathrooms are stocked with towels and hygiene products. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal!

There is a Laundry room directly across the unit, just keep our posted team cleaning time frame in mind when doing a load!

Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.

The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!

The loft / apartment is in a great location. Easy access and parking. The price was very reasonable and the host is very professional I’ll try to stay in this unit or any others that they manage when I travel to Johnson City again

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable other than that it was not the ideal location to have children there. The other tenants next to us were fighting constantly and you could hear every word they were saying. When the bar's closed at 2am the parking lot next to the apartment sounded like they were rioting. Cursing loudly, fighting, racing and banging on everything they could lasted until 3:30 in the morning. I was scared and couldn't see outside because the windows are to high to see out of. The next morning we went to walk outside and had to step over puke and homeless people sleeping next to the entrance. We left immediately and had to go check into a hotel for my children's safety. The only thing I got was an apology from the owner and they said it was an ongoing problem and was out of their hands.

Perfect!
This was a perfect place to meet up with friends. The location is wonderful as we didn't have to get in our cars the whole weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and it was a comfortable place. The responsiveness of the owners is nothing short of amazing. From reservation to check out they were emailing to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Awesome spot
The place is great and worth a stay. Communication with owner was perfect. Helpful but not over bearing. Thank you The place was near spotless and had a lot of nice little things that weren’t expected. Two minor thoughts. First the windows in the apartment are up high and you can’t see out. I always love being able to see downtown life, but not able to in the apartment. This should not be a deal breaker though as it’s a beautiful apartment and you are right in the heart of downtown. My second is just related to downtown. There are some beautiful buildings but seems half of them are vacant. The vast majority of them are also restaurants. Would love a few more shopping places They restaurants are great though. A couple more years of development and Johnson City will be a perfect midsize downtown though. Highly recommend
