Entering through the front door of this waterfront property you will be greeted with expansive ceilings, an upscale kitchen, and a modern living room. The living room provides large glass windows which allow you to be immersed in nature while still enjoying the comforts of inside including flat screen TV's, a fireplace and 2 large water heaters for each bathroom. Each stay includes a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy while relaxing by the river.

The home offers 2 bedrooms including 2 full size ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom sits to the right of the living room and features a King-sized bed. Hidden along the left side of the living room wall you will find the unique entrance to the second bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. Both rooms provide all the plush comfort one needs for a good night’s sleep as well as a flat screen TV and a private entrance onto the back deck of the home. Each ensuite is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.

Through the large sliding glass door you will find a beautiful, covered deck surrounded by pristine views of the Watauga River. Here you can sip your morning coffee while swinging on the porch swing, dine under the ambient deck lighting while listening to the sounds of nature or even soak in the private hot tub.
