Comfy cozy
Whole house was very clean and cozy, and host responded promptly to messages. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with necessities, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Be aware that it is just off a highway, so expect road noise well into the night - mostly not bothersome, but there were a few loud cars and motorcycles. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit our son at ETSU.

A Great Stay
Affordable and a perfect location for us. Half way between Kingsport and Johnson City. PERK: also close to the lake! There’s a public beach for Boone Lake about 10 minutes away. The house is older and decor is not fancy but that didn’t bother us any! House was clean and communication with the host was exceptional.

My family and I stayed in this house for my graduation at ETSU. This house was the cutest thing! The property owner stayed in contact with us, and truly made this process so easy. I would highly recommend staying here!
