Did not share any details on check in all the way till the checkin date and even beyond checkin time
When asked (thankfully there was a previous correspondence where she left her WhatsApp number), it was mentioned that previous guest had yet to leave and that I had to leave sit till 8pm to check in
Throughout the exchange, tried to call her, but she was evasive and did not answer the calls. Explained as having a meeting over the extended period of over an hour.
Later, was told that can checkin. Had actually mixed up the units. This led to doubts as to whether the unit was actually properly cleaned.
To add on, was told that can only get the main door access code if I left 100 rm. this was not explained anywhere in the terms and conditions.
By this point, would have left if not for the fact that I was not guaranteed a refund, in addition to the need for a place to rest. Went ahead with the stay anyway.
Issues
1. MBR toilet light was faulty - bathe in the dark
2. Common toilet heater was not working - if use to shower, bathe in cold water
3. Sheets cleanliness - felt that it was dusty as had a few sneezes after climbing into bed.
Overall, terrible communications leaving you as a foreigner stranded without a place to rest. Probably wouldnāt want to be caught in this situation.
