Overall experience let down by not working lift. There are 4 lifts for the 39 storey, but only 2 are working. The corridors are dark and dirty. The room interior is fine though.

The WiFi connection is super poor and even the TV with YouTube not able to do next! The housekeeping never top up my tissue box or even the body bath in the bathroom However the check in and check out are super fast and please try to avoid peak check out period to take the lift

The upgrading lift access to car park and shopping mall takes more than 2 years and still in the upgrading. Left only 1 life operated in each lobby. The congestion and time wasted on waiting especially need to go to carpark in the morning. The congestion get worst when there are conferences at 7th floor in the hotel where they are sharing same access to car park lift.

Book a executive room for 2 person, Front desk say only free breakfast for 1 person my wife need to pay rm65 for breakfast .most food serve is cold .

Very nice indeed
We were there for 4 days. I wasn’t sure about being inside the mall but it worked perfectly as part was closed while we went for breakfast. Food was nothing amazing just what you expect for a buffet although mashed potato was good addition , I recommend that especially as I am Scottish. We had dinner one night there 48 ringgit each and it was lovely. Plenty of choice. Room was the executive and an ok size. Check in and out was simple and fast. I would go back there
