Stayed during the Christmas period so quite pricey , dont think its worth the price despite it being above Southkey mall. Thats the only convenience. Despite the hotel being fairly new. There are signs of wear or tear already and cleanliness not as good as when i last stayed there. Off peak price can consider staying but not peak pricing.

Short getaway trip. Assigned the room near the lift, however room was not really sound proof, able to hear the sound of the lift. Nonetheless apart from this, everything’s good. Will come back again.

Good Hotel

Cosy accessible stay
I only stayed here due to the accessibility to Midvalley Southkey and a platform voucher. It did its job and a whole lot more. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I read the reviews of the breakfast space problem so to mitigate it, i went the moment it opened and there was so much space. Not many are accustomed to wake up that early and its understandable. I personally loved the spacious room. Enough space to put my luggage and technically run around. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Water can be obtained from the outside pantry which is accessible within a minute. Another thing I love is their fast elevators. I've been to multiple hotels that has many lifts but many still take a while to reach. However, the ones at st giles are truly fast and efficient. The only gripe i have is the price. It truly is expensive as a not so prominent hotel chain. I wouldn't have come to this hotel if i didnt have a voucher with Hotels.com. Overall a really great stay. Will come again if i get more vouchers.

Room was clean. Stayed for two nights and there was minimal room cleaning after first night - bins were not emptied, guest service only made the bed and left fresh towels. Asked for later check out at 2pm, as told they are unable to accommodate as they are full occupancy. But when I went to the website, I could book up to three rooms (didn’t try more). Overall ok for the location but the service doesn’t match up with the price paid.
