pleasant experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with nice amenities like slippers, which added a nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortably cool throughout my stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom door could use some repainting and a good cleaning, as it didn't quite match the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, I did notice some noise from the road, even on the 21st floor, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Despite these small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Hotel location is convenient near to custom n adjoining Mid Valley Mall. Staff is helpful generally good. Buffet food could do better with hotter warmer food, as most food served n topped by kitchen were almost cold. Our room TV resolution is not sharp & very dim.

Superb location for easy access to the mall for shopping and dining options. Room very spacious and strong aircon which is good. Hotel appears worn in the rooms already, so could do with upkeep eg bit of mould in shower, chipped edges of bed etc. Breakfast buffet so so only.

A lot of hotel and amenities in JB are not so well kept, but we have been very happy with St Giles. This is the top reason why we stayed there and of course the location is extremely convenient.

Super convenient location. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. However, cleanliness and condition of the room can be further improved. Towels have a musty odor and there was a ponding issue in the shower area. We gave feedback to front desk to help repair but our request was forgotten.
