Horrible todo, nunca hubo alguien en la recepción para resolver la situación, no me entregaron nunca la habitación. Inseguro ya que el hotel estaba abierto y nadie del personal o seguridad. Si pueden evitar su estancia ahí, háganlo

Es un buen hotel, lo malo es que apenas lo están remodelando y en las mañanas no puedes dormir por el ruido, la alberca le falta un poco más de limpieza pero en general estuvo bien todo, la comida y la atención por parte del personal muy buena, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos.

El servicio es bueno, el personal accesible y atento, las instalaciones algo descuidadas pero cómodas y están en remodelación eso habla bien del interés en mejorarla, el restaurante muy bien, super accesible de precios y variedad adecuada.

Una propiedad muy vieja y no le han dado mantenimiento. Agua fría en el baño, aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso, el restaurante muy malo, la alberca sucia, colchones duros

La peor experiencia de mi vida, reservé una habitación con balcón y me dieron otra donde no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no salia casi agua de la regadera y mucho menos caliente, al cuarto le faltaba mucho mantenimiento, el personal no solucionó nada, , tampoco me respetaron mi lugar de estacionamiento
