Outside of hotel looked nothing like the picture. The room itself wasn’t that bad but full of shady guests groups out smoking and signs saying don’t leave anything in your vehicles and lock your doors. Put a 100 dollar hold for incidentals! Holiday inn charges 50-won’t be back

I've stayed at this property on multiple occasions and have gotten a chance to come in contact with almost all of the staff. Jenni and Dawn have the best hospitality thus far. They are amazing! House keeping is always on time and efficient with their cleanings. I will be using this location for future travel, I have also informed my fellow travel agents about this wonderful location! It is the best in the area.

Plumbing needs work. There was a definite odor in the room that indicated poor plumbing condition. Toilets also flushed poorly.

The room was not cleaned candy wrappers on floor and a dirty sock comforter had a stain on it. Wall was dirty from something. Shower was dirty and room had a strange odor will never book here again also. Waitstaff from bar and grill was awful a whole hour waiting for anything.

Will only stay here from now on in Joliet
Seems like it was recently remodeled and well worth the time. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in this area, always for a stop between trips, THIS is the best hotel in the area. Service was great, it was clean, breakfast was good, and not so 'deep' into the area. Will absolutely stay here again.

We actually travel a bit to the Joliet area and have found this motel to be on the better side. The area is a bit frightening after dark but the facilities were well lit and I had no worries. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. WE WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! Thank you!
