The workers were all really nice and helpful. … then we got to our room… it was dirty.. the floor was so dirty.. pet pee stains everywhere on the carpet. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and had mold. Stink bugs everywhere in room. Had to kill them all. The beds were surprisingly comfortable so where the pillows and The bed was clean and did not have bedbugs. The breakfast was pretty good. Had the room been taken care of better and cleaned better I would have gave more stars.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly service, nice lobby decorations for Halloween and good price. The only bummer was the hot water heater or boiler blew and we had no water at 8:00AM. Hotel staff did a great job providing bottled water and serving breakfast despite the curve ball.

You can tell the owners took a lot of pride in their hotel. The entire grounds were immaculate and the lobby/guest area was tastefully and artistically decorated for fall. Staff were exceptional and I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

We were traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Michigan the day before the hurricane we stopped here was able to get the last room. Customer service rep Who only works on Mondays was fantastic. They had to be 20 people in mine and she had a smile for everyone. Next morning for breakfast, the girls working the breakfast bar did a wonderful job of keeping things filled nice and clean and was fun to talk to

Very Nice Hotel!!
The front desk staff person was excellent! Since there is no elevator, I called that morning to see if we could have a 1 st floor room as my husband has health issues. She was able to arrange it. I had to call the same lady again. After being on the road for 10 hours, the GPS on my phone has us get off the interstate and go 20 miles out of the way. I thought when I booked the hotel that it was on I-77. I called the same wonderful lady at the desk and she told me how to go!! Clean hotel. Beautifully decorated for the Fall!
