room door had a gap that light came through and at the bottom hole large enough for a rodent or other vermin to enter without any issue the pet area and parking area had thick leaves and rubbish cars with trailers parked where ever and made it hard to pull out

This is an old hotel with only exterior access to your room. Rooms are clean however breakfast is only served for two hours on weekends. The cleaning staff starts running carts up the sidewalk early. So sleeping in is NOT an option. Like they say you get what you pay for. Which in this case is not much. The ā€œking suiteā€ is a joke. King bed on a metal frame that sounds like a tin can every time you move. Over all not a horrible experience just not as advertised online. If you were looking for just a place to sleep and a hot shower this oneā€™s for you.

Itā€™s not an oasis. An old dog run motel layout, two floors, all outside entrances, no elevator. Soundproofing between rooms is nonexistent. Room was somewhat updated, but didnā€™t overcome the other flaws. Not recommended, other hotels in the area are much better.

The front desk clerk was amazing and The lady who served the food was absolutely amazing!!! Way to go best Western. I would keep the staff you have currently so youā€™ll have repeat customers.

The tile in the floor did not connect, it was dirty and the bed sagged and in the middle of the night gave way and broke.

This is a property that they have made pictures look like it is updated . It is not . Check in front building and then sent to another building. Doors on outside . Noisy - from bathroom vent . You could hear everything someone flushed or took a shower . 1 staff member I saw didnā€™t smile at all . Why is no one friendly anymore?
