PROPERTY:
Guests will have access to the entire house and all amenities including exterior spaces; our peaceful front yard setup with 3 hammocks, an outdoor eating area and relaxing oasis pond create a tranquil environment, our backyard includes the therapeutic jacuzzi tub, BBQ, outdoor seating around the fire pit, outdoor dinner table and cornhole setup for the competitive guests.

All bedrooms are finished with deluxe memory foam mattresses, convenient USB charging stations and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have wall-mounted Smart TV's for all of your streaming needs.

Each bathroom is supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Our property also comes with items to help lighten the load when traveling with younger guests. We have a Child's high chair and Pack'n play crib with memory foam mattress which are available for your convenience.

LOCATION:
Our house is centrally located so that you can walk to the Joshua Tree Farmers market and restaurants within 2 minutes! Our property offers plenty of parking in the driveway as well as 2 garage spaces near the electric vehicle charging station.

GYM:
The gym area is located in the attached sun room and contains a brand new Bowflex Extreme 2 home gym and yoga mats for your use.

WASHER / DRYER:
Our house includes a full washer and dryer in the garage to which you will have access to along with 2 garage parking spaces.

Lovely home, great communicative host
My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a good time. The host was really communicative and there were enough kitchen supplies for us to do our cooking as well as grill! The hot tub and fire pit were also really nice. For improvements, I think the lighting in the place could be a bit warmer to give an extra cozy vibe, and the dining table larger considering the size of the place. It's a bit too chilly to eat outside during colder months. During summer it would be really nice though. Overall a pleasant stay, thanks Natalie and Tyler!

We visited family so there wasnā€™t alot of opportunity to use the amenities. Kitchen looks great but we didnā€™t cook. The EV charger was reliable. Power was low at 3kW but if you have 14 hours (overnight) to charge it works. Used the hot tub one night. Couldnā€™t figure out how to get it hot but it was warm enough to be comfortable. Never used the fire pit or BBQ. Itā€™s a nice place and it would definitely be up for consideration when we make another visit to the area. I should mention that the mattresses were great. Wife happy and sheā€™s not easy to please when it comes to mattresses.

Joshua Tree Park entrance is super close!!! Host communication was great/ timely. The accommodations met all our needs. The home is in a neighborhood close to restaurants and bars (walking distance). While your neighbors are close the property is private and quiet.

We had a great stay in JT. This home had everything we needed, and the communication with the hosts was incredible. We had issues getting the fire pit started, and the handy man was able to stop by within 30 minutes to teach us how to do it. Unreal! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Place
This is a great house with lots of space indoors and outdoors. It is located close to Joshua Tree National Park which was exactly what we desired. The beds are comfortable and the house is stocked with everything. Enjoy!

Great Location in Joshua Tree Light & Breezy Home
Wonderful location easy driving access to Joshua Tree Park, 29 Palms, and Yucca Valley. Walk to some delicious Joshua Tree restaurants, local shops and stores, and lovely Farmerā€™s Market every Saturday morning. The home is airy, clean, and comfy for a tween, teen, Momma, Pappy, and Nana with for t yard hammocks, pond, yoga platforms, and porch seating. Backyard with seating around a fire pit, big hammock, and relaxing hot tub (Nanaā€™s fav).

This place was wonderful! Very cute and clean when we arrived! Had everything we needed! Wonderful location tooā€¦ I walked with my kids downtown and had so much fun at the stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend this property. I also messaged the host multiple times asking questions about the area and family friendly activities. She always got right back to me and also gave wonderful recommendations. She also let us check in early since our flight and travel time was earlier than expected. Wonderful time and home!!

This house was very clean and had everything we could need for our stay. Our family would stay here again if we returned to Joshua Tree. The location was right outside of the park entrance and close to stores and restaurants. Despite the very hot temperatures during our visit, the house remained cool and comfortable.

Lovely stay
Our hosts were so reachable helpful and caring. They made sure everything was ok and offered advice all along the way. The house is modern clean and spacious and much better stocked than the typical rental. You are almost walking distance from the west entrance to the park (super convenient). I like that the place felt like a real home - not some sterile rental vibe. Oh and if you have an EV the charging on site is a huge huge plus . Thanks !

Joshua Tree Getaway
This property is minutes away from the entrance of Joshua Tree National park. Perfect for 2 families to hang. The beds are super comfy and the property is pretty clean and appears to be newly upgraded. Nice to have an EV charger + washer/dryer onsite. This location is very close to restaurants and coffee (10 minute walk). They have a cute patio that has shade provided by grape vines. I think due to it being in town and having some moderate light pollution It was hard to see the stars at night. Overall would recommend!

So clean!
This is the cleanest house my husband and I have experienced on VRBO yet. It just felt good. Whoever they have cleaning the house is a keeper! It's a pretty place too and is conveniently located. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. The birds love the place so there was always a show out the front window. If I was returning to Joshua Tree, I would be more than happy to come back to this house.

Beautiful little home in a quiet neighborhood. It was great for our family of five. The teens loves the hammocks, hot tub and smart tvs. There was tons of games for the family to enjoy and all the necessary cooking supplies. The host, Natalie, was very sweet and responded very quickly. We also meet the cleaner upon arriving (we got there right as she was leaving) and she was also very kind and friendly. The bird feeder in the backyard attracted a lot of wildlife, it was nice to watch the squirrels play from the breakfast nook as we enjoyed our bbq. We would love to use this vacation home again.

Super Close to Joshua Tree entrance
This property is conveniently located, close to the park entrance, shopping, restaurants. We recommend Algoberto's if you like Mexican food. So good! The home has a private back yard for hanging out. 4 bedrooms with adult sized beds, which was nice. Spacious kitchen. The owners were very easy to work with. They let us add an extra day onto our trip after I had booked. Everything was super easy.

Great base for Joshua Tree NP visit
Group of four climbers/hikers. We spent three (cold and rainy!) days here. Lots of space, very well equipped, clean. The hot tub in particular was marvelous after chilly days in the park. We didn't get a chance to use the hammock or the outside fire pit :-(. Location is just outside "downtown" Joshua Tree and the park is just up the road. While we had zero problems, hosts Natalie and Tyler are very attentive and we are certain that any issues would have been addressed. Would stay here again without hesitation.
