This hotel was a great choice In Juazerio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The pool was relaxing and they were happy to serve food and cocktails. All together a great weekend stay and I’ll come back for sure.

Hotel aparentemente novo por fora, porém nos quartos falta manutenção, banheiro com mofo no teto, sujeira tanto dentro do quarto como no banheiro. Não é exatamente o que consta nas imagens da reserva. Café da manhã muito fraco.

A estadia no hotel Nord Luxxor atendeu as expectativas. Apesar da localização não ser próxima ao centro da cidade ,mas foi um bom custo/benefício. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, o café da manhã, supriu às necessidades nutricionais, o espaço físico do hotel é bem agradável e a piscina bem cuidada, a garagem é ampla e com bom acesso às acomodações,por fim,recomendo o hotel como opção de hospedagem no JUazeiro do Norte CE.

Péssimo hotel. Não recomendo
Definitivamente não é um hotel de luxo como a propaganda da rede Nord fala. Pelo menos nessa unidade a condição geral das instalações é péssima: paredes e portas precisando pintar, vários pontos no teto do quarto e banheiro demonstrando vazamento e mofo, a manutenção geral do hotel está ruim, sequer a resistência dos chuveiros tem tampa em nenhum dos quartos que ficamos. Recebemos o quarto 205: terrível! Mal cuidado e mal mantido, aspecto ruim, barulhento e com cheiro estranho, eu queria sair dali na hora, reclamamos e nos foi oferecido o 204 que estava em pior estado, fomos “upgradeados” para o 118 que é uma suíte, estava sensivelmente melhor, mas bateu uma chuva que mostrou a realidade, o quarto encheu de água pelo canto de um teto e as gotas no forro de gesso mostraram de onde vem tanta infiltração no forro. Definitivamente não recomendo a ninguém, e com toda certeza não vale o preço cobrado. Fuja! Merece destaque o pessoal (na pessoa da Ruth) que, sem poder para resolver essas questões, tentam minimizar os problemas com boa vontade e simpatia. O café da manhã é razoável, ainda que os pães fossem sempre dormidos. Não recomendo a ninguém que se hospede aqui, e se for, vá avisado! Não entendo como as pessoas se hospedam aqui e dão nota 10, não parece ser o mesmo lugar que eu fiquei.
