Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Eine Vielzahl von HandtĆ¼chern, zusƤtzlichen Kissen, Decken etc. lag bereit. Die KĆ¼che ist in unseren Augen Ć¼berdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Weitere Utensilien (z.B. zum Backen) wurden uns bei der Ankunft direkt angeboten. Allein eine Mikrowelle fehlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung!

Sehr schƶne Wohnung, aber fĆ¼r die Ausstattung zu teuer
Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober in dieser Unterkunft auf Juist. Wir wĆ¼rden dafĆ¼r eigentlich dreieinhalb Sterne als Gesamtbewertung geben, aber da die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und nett war, haben wir aufgerundet. Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung schƶn, sie ist modern eingerichtet, es gibt einen Garten nach hinten hinaus mit einer kleinen Sitzgruppe und einen nach Norden gehenden Balkon fĆ¼r warme Tage. Es gab auch einen typischen Ikea-Hochstuhl fĆ¼r unser Kleinkind, das fanden wir gut. Wir hatten das GlĆ¼ck, dass bis auf den letzten Tag keine andere Familie mit Kinderwagen dort war, so konnten wir unseren Kinderwagenmer ohne Zusammenklappen unter der Treppe parken. Und ein Plus ist auch, dass im Keller Waschmaschine und Trockner (und zwar nicht etwa uralt, sondern modern) zur VerfĆ¼gung stehen. Leider gab es einige Kritikpunkte ā€“ wobei man sagen muss, dass dies groƟteils ein wenig "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" ist, aber da die Ferienwohnung auch recht teuer war, hatten wir ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet: ZunƤchst einmal: Ja, es gibt ein gesondertes Schlafzimmer, aber das wurde offensichtlich nachtrƤglich abgetrennt, und zwar mit einer ultradĆ¼nnen Gipskartonwand und SchiebetĆ¼ren. Konsequenz ist: Wenn man darin sein Kind zum Schlafen legt, muss man im Wohnzimmer extrem leise sein, denn man hƶrt im Schlafzimmer alles. Auch sind die SchiebetĆ¼ren leider eher laut, insbesondere die beim Fenster klemmt auch und lƤsst sich ohne etwas lautere GerƤusche nicht weit genug ƶffnen, um hineinzukommen. Und da das Bett von Wand zu Wand geht, kommt man nicht einfach von der einen auf die andere Seite des Bettes. Auch ist die "voll ausgestattete KĆ¼che" insbesondere fĆ¼r diese Preisklasse leider alles andere als voll ausgestattet. Man mag ja darĆ¼ber streiten, ob dazu eine Mikrowelle gehƶrt (gab es nicht), aber auch sonst: fĆ¼r eine explizit fĆ¼r Urlaub mit Kindern beworbene Ferienwohnung war enttƤuschend, dass es nicht einmal einen Messbecher oder eine Waage gab. Unser Kleiner isst noch Brei - fĆ¼r das Abmessen mussten wir uns mit Tricks behelfen. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist der Schneebesen: man musste vorsichtig sein, dieses billige Teil beim BreirĆ¼hren nicht zu verbiegen. Es gab auch keine SchĆ¼ssel, in der man einen Salat oder einen Pizzateig hƤtte zubereiten kƶnnen, dafĆ¼r mussten wir dann einen Kochtopf nehmen. Wie gesagt: Diese Dinge sind sicherlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber fĆ¼r effektiv etwa 200 Euro pro Tag im Oktober wĆ¼rden wir einfach mehr erwarten.
